I have been using Tidewater for 7 years. The whole entire staff is wonderful. They are kind, helpful and treat you like family. Any questions or concerns I have are answered and they work with you on whatever is going on. My scripts are filled fast and with seriously no hassle. I will never go to another pharmacy as long as I live in Charleston, I used to drive all the way from Summerville. I cant say enough about Tidewater!

At Tidewater, I am more than “just a number” and because of that, I know I get excellent service and compassion. In addition to getting my medications filled, Chad and the other pharmacists always ask how I am doing and care about my wellbeing. I am so grateful for their care and help!

Doctor had them make up a compound for use after surgery. They did great but make sure you keep up with them to make sure you get what you need because them and doctor's office sometimes will not talk to each other.

This Pharmacy, and Crew, by far exceed any expectations I could ever even ask for. I live outside of Mt. Pleasant, so I need mail order. My Physician in my area partners with Tidewater, that's how I became a customer. WHAT A PURE BLESSING! I have never had such EASE and EFFICIENCY from ANY Pharmacy EVER!! I thank them so much every time. I usually speak with Sheryl, and I couldn't ask for anyone more pleasant & easy to deal with. I can't say enough how wonderful Tidewater is, and considering having other scripts transferred from my area to there due to the ease of refilling, ability to use their mail order, efficient & friendly communication, amazing products, equaling superior peace of mind on my end! Thank you so much Tidewater!

I am responding to Mary Darlington's "Negative Review". What she fails to explain is that prior to walking into the Pharmacy, she was in the parking lot flipping people the Birdie in front of small children (I witnessed the whole thing). The Owner only expressed his displeasure for your behavior in front of the children. I would expect that if you were so concerned for your child's health and wellbeing that you would set a better example in front of children. It sounds very much to me that you are just another entitled Mount Pleasant Mom who didn't get her way. Publix sounds like a better place for you anyway.

I would give zero stars if if I could. As I pulled into the parking lot today there was a white Infiniti SUV backing out in the middle of both lanes. As I'm pulling in I see tail lights in front of me and the SUV in REVERSE attempting to back out of the only entrance! I beeped the horn to let the person know I was there and in instead of trying to move to one side of the road or drive forward (since this lane was not meant for any cars to be driving in reverse), the SUV beeped the horn back at me, even though there was nowhere for me to go or back out, the only option I had was to drive forward as there was a car behind me! Upon entering the pharmacy, a man (I assume it was the owner) approached me at the counter and started talking to me as if I were in the wrong for driving on the right side of the road, going the right direction, while a fancy SUV was attempting to back into me! At that point he refused to fill any of the prescriptions for my child! I swear, privilege and money just don't seem to understand common decency anymore. It really is a shame that he refused to fill a four-year-old's prescription for an eye infection because of a personal issue he had, especially when he was clearly the person in the wrong! you can't drive in reverse on the wrong side of the road and back into people at an entrance, and expect everyone to just move out of your way when we are the ones following the normal rules of traffic! I guess normal rules of traffic don't apply to the owner of Tidewater pharmacy. It is a shame that I won't be filling my prescriptions here anymore, because aside from this particular man, everybody else has been nothing but a pleasure. I guess I shouldn't expect anything less from the privileged men of Mount Pleasant, clearly the world revolves around them. Thanks for making my child suffer unnecessarily due to your inflated ego. This has to be the most absurd level of unprofessionalism (and driving skills) I've ever experienced in my life!Do yourself a favor, fill your prescriptions at Publix...unless you like supporting arrogant and intitled business owners that could care less about Sick children and a single mom just trying to park and pick up medication! The staff is amazing, but the owner is a self intitled jerk.

Tidewater Pharmacy is a working mother's dream. Not only is the staff professional and friendly, but the delivery service is a game changer. We've been using Tidewater for several years, and I've yet to have anything but a Five-Star interactions with them. It is nice to be treated as a respected client not a number in the line.

Tidewater is everything I need & want for a pharmacy. Staff is outstanding. Professional guidance is easy to understand The business is very clean & full of many things a patient might find helpful. The ambiance is pleasant & reflects the business name of Tidewater. The colors of tidal marshes & creeks makes for a calming experience overall.

Places like this make me want to support small & local forever! Tidewater is exactly the kind of place I am looking for when it comes to any of my needs in the local area. It has a warm, welcoming staff, that is always courteous to everyone. They have a compounding lab to get you whatever you need to stay above the wellness line, plus many, many homeopathic and nutritional supplements, along with all of your common OTC meds. Their store also carries medical equipment like walkers, canes, scooters & crutches, they also have a really cute selection of "sundry" items, and island decor.Locally-owned stores offer a hometown touch and take the time to take care of each customer. While I had never had a prescription filled there before, I arrived with insurance information in hand, as bigger brands usually don't take the time to check on customers' insurance policies. Tidewater had taken the time to transfer my insurance information from my regular pharmacy and it took just minutes to check out. Thank you, Tidewater, for representing Southern hospitality at its finest!

Reviewing the amazing folks at this pharmacy because they have really gone the extra mile to help our family during particular rough times during flu season, AND BEYOND. I have interacted with pretty much every single staff member and they are all so wonderful. Cheryl, Heidi, Don, Valerie, Chad, Mariella, Wanda, I know I’m forgetting someone. Such a phenomenal staff with great hearts and a genuine dedication to this community. Selfishly want them all to myself but everyone really needs to know about this pharmacy. Love, the Chase family

The best of the best! We loved using them for a year with our fur baby! They sure did treat us professionally, kind, warm and worked with us to best take care of our fur baby so he could have alll his meds refilled and in a timely manner. Once even, we had to do a quick refill before a wedding trip out of town, and they worked with us to be able to give the medicine to our family member who was watching him. Just wonderful people! Highly recommend them to everyone all the time! Thank you!
