I was experiencing a bad back pain and went to see Dr. Poletti. I had an mri on my back Dr. Poletti went over it with me and explained everything to my understanding and the referred me to another Dr. who gave me a nerve block shot that helped but have to get one more that’s some what stronger.

I have. Den seeing Dr. Poletti over 10 years and have always received exceptional care. He was able to correct a previous surgery made by a local doctor that left me hunched over within a year for which I am extremely grateful for.

Always worth the trip to Mt Pleasant for the Awesome staff at Southeastern Spine. I have been to see 3 other surgeons prior to my experience at Southeaster, and they have been hands down the best at what they do.

Has always been concerned about my care. Treats me as he would himself. Pays attention to what you are saying concerning you and not just putting you in a category as all patients. His staff however, I have had a terrible time with them and getting an appointment was as long as being pregnant even when they say, someone will respond. Ha!

I was very happy with the doctor I met for pain management. His nurse or Medical assistant however was very rude and ugly to me. She made me feel like I was a problem instead of a patient in pain that needed compassion.

Once again an excellent experience for me at So Eastern Spinal Institute. Dr Anderson solved my pain/spinal issues with effective and successful surgeries. He is caring, professional and extremely skillful. A wonderful experience and solution and much appreciated!

This was my first visit at Southeastern Spine Institute. The staff was inviting and caring. As I was checking in with the receptionist, I experienced some excruciating pain that had the waiting room in silence. The staff did not hesitate to get a wheelchair and took me on back. I look forward to the future care of this facility.

Dr. Poletti was very pleasant, patient and professional. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining the potential causes of my problem, reviewed my MRI in detail and answered all my questions. I appreciate his knowledge, experience and expertise in this area. SSI is a very patient-centered facility. Everyone there was helpful and caring.

Dr Poletti and his staff were awesome. 5 stars all the way. I’m 5 months post surgery and completely pain free. They were professional and got me in quickly. I also had a 5 star experience at the East Cooper hospital. From check in to discharge every one knew their job and were courteous. Overall excellent experience

The Doctor and his staff were very throrough going over my previous medical records and offering a different incite other than physical therapy and at option major surgery.They took x-rays of my entire spine and suggested injections on L=4 and L-5. I was totally against it if it was going to be Prednisone. He asked when I would want them and since we drove a distance was told right away.Injections are done on the first floor so when went down and only waited probably 15 minutes. I was prepped and received two injections in L-4 and two in L-5. So far I am feeling 10,000% better. Thanks

Dr Levin was wonderful. My husband said he was and he was. Had my first visit last week. Even though he sees people all day with similar problems, he was excellent at listening. I felt he wanted to throughly understand my specific symptoms and didn’t jump to conclusions. He communicated my options. He ensured I was comfortable with our plan— I appreciated that. I can highly recommend him.

My appointment at Southeastern Spine Institute was great. Dr. Frisch and his staff are so nice. He explained everything in detail to me. Scheduled my surgery, follow-up appointment, measured for my brace for after surgery. All done in his office today. Everyone is knowledgeable on all procedures they do there.
