Thanks to Anne at BHC, I had an incredible experience with finding my perfect wedding dress. The entire process from start to finish was extremely professional, transparent, and fun! I was fearful based on talking to other brides that this process could be full of stress, pressure filled sales tactics, or guilt trips, just like other experiences you could encounter while buying a 'product' -- but working with Anne and this establishment was quite the opposite experience. She was incredibly accommodating to any questions that my family and I had along the way and again was transparent about all aspects of the purchase which gave us comfort and made us feel at ease. She was SO adaptable, experienced, and very kind. She would check in with me after each gown we tried on, and was always a supportive presence to help steer me towards the dress of my dreams. This is in direct comparison to an alternative shop that I visited where the experience was very different (i.e. feeling rushed in a less professional and supportive atmosphere). The BHC shop itself is beautiful, with gorgeous natural light -- this made it easy to see and assess all of the different gowns in their entirety. They have a huge assortment of gowns of all styles (and they are kept in excellent and clean condition) which made it so easy as a bride to be to find the right dress! I just bought my gown yesterday from BHC, and I cannot wait for it to be here!! I cannot recommend this place enough to any bride in the Charleston or Mount Pleasant area. They are truly incredible!

I wish I chose my dress from here. I went with my “I do” crew here and the owner was beyond helpful with helping me choose my dress. I was 99% sure with my dress I chose. I had another appointment elsewhere afterwards and the owner said “if you aren’t 100% , I don’t want you to commit yet!” I ended up going to that appt and found my dream dress, I explained via text that I found my dream dress elsewhere and she was beyond understanding and excited for me! She didn’t make me feel guilty and immediately was okay with cancelling my upcoming appt for the next day! I wish my dream dress ended up here because of how understanding she was. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, thank you for being understanding that I wanted to try out other dresses! You’re amazing and id recommend you to everyone! Thank you for all of your help!

I had a wedding dress in mind and searched far and wide in Charleston for it, not thinking I could find it here until I went to the Bridal House of Charleston! They had what I was looking for and helped pick a perfect dress. They were fun, professional and helped me and my wedding party have a great experience!

I'm not the typical super happy/upbeat bride and was dreading wedding dress shopping. However, Tierney, the owner, was absolutely incredible. She made me feel heard and seen, despite the different personalities in the room. Her patience and understanding of my needs and wants made the process enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of dresses under $2,000, as I thought my budget would be a problem. Since we're eloping this year, finding something affordable and not over the top was important, and we found just that. I was also worried we wouldn’t find something that would ship in a timely manner, and it is expected by mid-August, allowing enough time for alterations. I'm grateful that Tierney's store was my first and only stop for dress shopping; the experience was a perfect ⭐️10/10⭐️. I highly recommend this bridal shop.

bridal house is amazing! store is gorgeous and there are so many dresses to choose from. went all out with champagne and a charcuterie board. anna is amazing! she’s very sweet & knows what she’s doing. made the whole experience very easy, comfortable & enjoyable. overall just a great experience. thank you again! ?

Peyton is the absolute best! She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, which when you've struggled with your weight (both over and under) your whole life is a pretty huge deal, and took excellent care. This was over a year ago now and I had such a positive experience, I still remember it like it was yesterday!

The dress of my dreams!!! My day was truly perfect. I felt like a princess and I couldn’t imagine this day in any other dress! Peyton is AMAZING!!! I loved so many dresses but she truly helped me find the One!!

Anna was amazing and helped me find my dream dress! The shop is gorgeous and everyone there is so so sweet. My dress came in at the early part of the estimation they gave me. After my seamstress fell through they helped get me in touch with another seamstress who was amazing ! Bridal House is a 10/10.

Such a great shop. I actually didn't end up finding my dress here (although they have a huge selection and really beautiful dresses!) but had a wonderful experience. Peyton was a fantastic stylist and really made me feel heard and special. She listened to my taste and even brought in some "wild card" dresses that surprised me and were beautiful. I didn't feel rushed in the slightest. Even though I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, I would absolutely recommend this shop because it made my experience awesome! Thank you guys!! :)

The ladies at the Bridal House of Charleston are absolutely amazing! Peyton was an absolute pleasure to work with, she is bubbly and a sweetheart. This was my first stop when shopping for my wedding dress and it was my last! I found my perfect dress with the help of my stylist. All of the ladies are amazing and they made me feel absolutely beautiful. If I didn't run risk of my future hubby seeing my wedding dress, I would post it here. I highly recommend the Bridal House of Charleston. You can't go wrong here with these ladies and the selection of stunning gowns they have to offer! Thank you ladies for helping me find the one <3

Absolutely amazing experience! I went to one other bridal store before coming to Bridal House of Charleston and had the most upsetting experience. I felt discouraged and I didn't even want to continue looking anywhere else. I'm so glad I came to Bridal House of Charleston. They completely turned my experience around. Naomi was absolutely amazing. She helped me find my dream wedding dress. Anne was also absolutely amazing. They made my experience something I'll never forget. I would recommend Bridal House of Charleston to any brides looking for not only a beautiful dress but a positive experience!
