In the past Sonja has been very personable and that was what I appreciated. This year even with an appointment waited 2 hours only for her to have her assistant tend to me. Sonja couldn't be bothered. When I ask for Sonja to prepare my taxes, that's what I expect. Extremely disappointed.

I find Sonja to be very knowledgeable and very genuine. I am amazed at the amount of clients she handles all on her own. I think it sometimes takes her longer to file my return but I feel as if she checks and double checks everything before sending to try to get the most refund she can for me (or the least I have to pay)! I have been going to her for 6 yrs now and have not experienced any problems. Sometimes the wait is long but a lot of people have shown up on walk-in days, alongside of myself. I am most impressed by the fact that everyone I talk to in the waiting room has been seeing her for 20 or 30 yrs. or more and often consider her to be family. She has even gone as far as giving me a reduced fee when she knew I was going through a financial hardship. I don't know of anyone else that gives the level of personal service that she does.

This is the worst place ever. Sonja doesn't return my calls. Have no idea what's going on with my taxes . Been waiting since February.! The receptionist says they will call you back and they don't. I even called the SC internal revenue on three way calling. She told her staff to electronically submit my taxes . As of today it's not done 6/21/22. I think I'll call the better business bureau or even the news station. Something needs to be done. They're not even worth one star .

This place is absolutely AWFUL. I filled my taxes February 2nd. No one has called me. They will not pick up the phone. I leave messages and don’t get calls back. My spouse has tried sending emails, Sonja doesn’t respond. The front desk lady doesn’t know what she is doing on the computer. Here it is June 8th. I still don’t have a update or know what’s going on with my information. The last I heard, they did an extension so that I couldn’t go to anyone else. They are very difficult to deal with and very unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Horrible business! Sonya was suppose to work with me and gave me four packets of “supporting documents” and never gave me a return that I SIGNED and NEEDED. Just ridiculous just a lot of errors with simple details that cost so much MONEY AND TIME. Oh BTW always LATE! Found someplace else and I recommend you do the same before she sucks all your time and money.
