Company does not answer phone what so ever. I’m not sure how they have business when they never pick up the phone to answer questions and schedule clients. Last time I got my hair trimmed, they let the phone ring and ring on repeat. I have been trying to reach a stylist for 4 days now, no reply.Service: Haircut

My girls hadn’t had a proper haircut since before COVID. Needless to say, their hair needed some love. Both got beautiful cuts (lob, long layers) for an excellent value.Service: Haircut

I've been coming to this Supercuts for months and never had a problem. Great haircuts. But now for the second time in one month I've gotten to the store, with an scheduled appointment, and the store was closed. There was no sign or anything saying that it was closed, but it was locked. As this had happened before, I called prior to come and the recording answered the store was open. Also, both times I've gotten to the store and there was another customer waiting outside with over 95 degrees.

Lana was great. She was friendly, made suggestions on my usual haircut I got elsewhere and it was an overall pleasant experience. So why 4/5 stars?Only because the *owner* needs to understand that to have people work for you at a Mount Pleasant location, you need to give people an incentive to work there. I understand this location and the other supercuts in Mount Pleasant both have staffing issues at times. You either need to pay your stylists enough to be able to live somewhere close by, or you need to provide incentives for stylists to commute (like a gas stipend or something). If you don't you'll be doing the same thing the Sports Clips in northern Mount Pleasant did: Shut down due to being unable to properly staff the location.Service: Haircut

Walked in on a Monday afternoon. Lobby was empty. Stylist was sitting in the back. She turned us away saying that we didn’t have an appt, she was alone and it was her 2nd day. Supercuts is supposed to be Walk-In friendly according to website. No online check in available on website for this location either.

I selfishly did not want to share this with the world, but April is THE BEST hairstylist I have ever had, and even better, she is SUPER fast! And although I absolutely love my pricey hair colorist across town, I cannot see paying 2-3 times more than what I pay at Super Cuts for the same quality hair cut.April is not only fast, her years of experience have made her a very talented stylist. I'm continually amazed at how great my hair looks after just 15 minutes in her chair. April is positive & fun, and I genuinely enjoy her personality, which shines no matter how much the phone is ringing off the hook, or how many customers stop in hoping for an instant haircut with no appointment.For those complaining about the lack of staff, try reading the news and educating yourself about our current pandemic related work force issues. Or how about just stop blaming the Stylist who DOES show up? It is most cerainly not her fault the salon is understaffed.Services: Hairstyling

I will start off by saying that April is the BEST, she's fantastic and does an amazing job.So why the 2 star review, because the store is severely understaffed and it's been that way for a very long time now. April is the only person that usually works besides a couple other stylists from time to time. Supercuts needs to hire more stylists for this location as it's very busy and fills up fast.Services: Kids' cuts

Don't even waste your time, they only take appointments because they are "too busy". It would be smarter if they only did walk-ins if that was the case, they have turned down my business twice while there were no other customers. Their loss!

We’ve been 2x now. Kristina is the best! My son is autistic and the patience she has with him is amazing. She is very understanding of his needs and fears of getting his haircut and is able to give an awesome cut. So glad we found her.Service: Haircut

Literally the third time I've tried to walk in and get a haircut and they say they're booked full for the day! Y'all need more stylists or you need to close up shop and let another take your place.Having one person on is not going to be able to keep up with the demand out here in Park West. Crazy this place is even still open.Just go to sports clip a mile away they've never turned me away once.

Never open, can’t get through on phone. Why not just say you are closed and go elsewhere? The other reviews complain but nothing is done. Not going to any Supercuts if this the way they operate their business.

My daughter wanted her first hair cut. Website says this salon opens at 9:00. We arrived and there was a paper taped to the door saying they aren’t opening until 10:00. We waited almost an hour. At 10:00 we tried to go in, and nobody was there. We waited another 15 minutes and nobody ever showed up to open the store, so we went somewhere else. Very frustrating.
