I went to this Supercuts location on 11/25/23. Nathaniel gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time. We had a great conversation as he was very friendly and likable -- even for a Dallas Cowboys fan. Go Birds!!!

Gave me a bowl cut after I asked him to trim my long hair lmao. 25$ to butcher your hair. Just Go to a barber, I used to pay $10 for pristine haircut just two years ago.

Website said it was open but when I went in the early afternoon, all lights were off and doors locked. No one answered the phone either. Contact number said they were open as well

Just went here…had a noon appointment…door unlocked no one in building…a man was there saying he’s been there over twenty minutes and nobody showed up…left to try calling the number thinking they may be in the back and ran into another customer who said he’s shown up at 1020 and no one was there either. Have had numerous problems with this store before…rude salon staff (not all but about half)…would recommend you go somewhere else…place seems like it’s just not able to keep staff and rarely will you get a haircut at the time you booked.

Pretty unprofessional to regularly open at 10:30 or later when they are supposed to open at 10. Making people sit and wait out front because they don't want to show up on time isn't okay.

Cut my husbands hair completely wrong and uneven. Then they completely ignored my appointment and locked the doors while we were in there. They closed at 5 instead of the 6pm that was posted online.

Staffing issues are understandable. ALL of us in customer service are dealing with this extreme shortage of staffing, so believe me...I get it.But update your hours. Post them. If you have limited people working for you, make it so your customers know when those LIMITED HOURS ARE. Don't have false hours online that you can't honor.It's a waste of my time to drive here at 3:15pm on a SATURDAY to find lights out and the store closed.Ask yourselves how you can serve your customers a little bit better, in a way that helps both your staff and your customers. Don't just shut off the lights and call it a day.

Kimmie always there by herself. I asked for foil highlights she insisted on cap bc cheaper and faster as she had other appts. I refused as my hair fine and finally she agreed to foil said $75!! I said fine. She then yelled $95 now while color was already setting. Very strange won't be back!

I feel compelled to write a review because of how terrible the customer service is at this place. The stylist was perhaps the most rude and lazy person I have ever met working in the service industry. It is apparent why this place is empty and hopefully the owner is aware of how bad of experience going to this Supercuts was.Service: Kids' cuts

This place is normally good, but I booked my appointment yesterday for a haircut today. I did not hear anything but I assumed I would not have a problem. However, I get an email saying my appointment could not be scheduled/confirmed. I figured I would call over there, to ask if I could still be fit in. After nobody answered the phone after I called FIVE times, I drove over there figuring if I could explaing what happened I could still be seen. However, when I got over there I was shocked to see that the lights were out, and the doors was locked. Even though, the sign and app say open. Therefore, I was unable to get a haircut. If you are at least going to be closed, TELL PEOPLE! Don't just close and not let anybody know. Is this location permanently closed? Why would they just be closed on a random Sunday?Service: Haircut

Always get a great cut. Had it done by the same women the last two times. She has the option to use a straight razor to cut it which is my new favorite way to have it done. It’s really quick, feels cool, and comes out great
