NEVER. Come here. Half of the pumps never work, it’s dirty and gross. The line is always out of the door because only one cashier works at a time, on top of that they’re always arguing with someone.MOST OF THE TIME WHEN I COME HERE MY TIME IS ABSOLUTELY WASTED.

Told the older, blonde cashier lady to “Have a nice day” after making a purchase.To which she sneered, looked down, and blankly replied: “Okay..” with a rude look on her face.Customer service: Zero out of ten.

Pass thru on Fridays and LOVE the chicken from the deli. The restrooms are clean and the customer service is good

Horrible customer service to the tenth power in my opinion! Not only did I receive horrible customer service in the deli, but when I called to talk with the manager Julie about the situation, she took the associate's side without ever hearing my side of the story.What I have learned is that if an employee jumps in the first boat to tell their side of the story, they are usually guilty and making a grave attempt to save their position. I am not trying to advocate someone losing their job, but as a customer, I know that I deserve respect. If you don't like your job in the deli at 7-11, you can always seek employment someone else. Or can you? Someone else would be grateful to work there in an air conditioned environment.To top it off, when I was trying to explain the yucky level of customer service that I received in the deli, the actual manager, Julie hung up the telephone on me.Now the picture is clear.....In my opinion, nasty managers create nasty employees.But tell me this, are you proud at 7-11 for reviews of a 1 ?

My husband and I just went to fill up gas here, my husband got out and started bumping the gas. While I was still in the car he went inside to use the bathroom. The gas station attendant turned the pump off before it finished since my husband left the car. Even though I was in the car waiting for it to finish. When my husband ask why he turned it off, the gas station attendent proceeded to yell and cuss him out because you are not allowed to leave the pump unattended. Which it was not since I was in the car. We use this station every day...but now I'll go else where.

Love this gas station and the food, but please tell the cashiers to get off their cellphones behind the counter. Even with a long line waiting to check out this woman was on a personal call for over 10 minutes and wouldn't check anybody out.
