We purchased a Chevy truck with Starling Chevrolet a month ago and encourage you to work with Jorden Reaves, sales consultant, and Dan Warren, GSM, when you're in the market. Jorden and Dan made a stressful transaction as warm and straightforward as possible. We did shop brands and dealerships and found the experience an extremely good one... so much so, we will not only recommend them and Starling Chevrolet, but would also do business with them again. There’s no incentive for me providing a review, and I wasn’t asked to.
I literally had the most stress-free car buying experience of my life using this dealership and I appreciate it so much that I’m leaving a review. From start to finish, I never felt pressure to do anything. Our sales rep, Ramsey, was great. He didn’t try to upsell us. He didn’t try to push a different car or trim level. We told him what we were looking for, and that we were early in our search. Then he let us walk away, and said “you did say you were just starting your search”. I’ve never gotten that kind of breathing room with a dealer. We came back the next day, met with Ramsey, the team got our vehicle ordered, and we came back 2 months later with financing in hand and closed the deal. The financing office asked us once if we wanted an extended service contract, we declined. There was no “are you sure?” I said no, and that was that. There was no push to use in-house financing when I said I had my own. I had already broken down what my cost out the door should be and the breakdown they gave me was what I expected. There were no “nitrogen inflation” charges, or any of the junk fees dealers will throw on.
It was literally the kind of place a person that doesn’t want to be sold a vehicle should go. For background, I avoid dealers like the plague and my wife thinks it’s hilarious. Having this experience, I know that I’ll come back to Starling for my future vehicles. Again, (Derrick) Ramsey, was awesome! Super laid back guy.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my teen daughter (her first official car). Chip was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had regarding vehicle safety without hesitation, and I had LOTS of questions. Never once did I feel any pressure to purchase any vehicle I test drove. After making a decision, Chip walked me through the process step by step. I truly appreciate the experience I had at Starling Chevrolet.

I encountered an issue with the service phone line, so I decided to visit in person. I was greeted by Wayne Goss, who immediately apologized and managed to get my vehicle in for service that same day. The service was completed faster than any quick oil change place I've been to, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism and quick turnaround, especially considering it was a dealership. The cost and service exceeded my expectations. To top it off, Wayne is a true local. They’ve earned my business for life.
