Truck was offered at 45k online when I got there they told me it was 50. Sold me the truck without going through it. The laundry list of wrong things that could and should have been easily fixed were not and now my truck has been in their shop for a month. 32 days today actually. I could have built a truck out of the forest in that time.

I am waiting on their accounting department to complete a job that should take a few minutes but it's been months. I call but get told they'll call me back. They don't return calls. Neither does the owner Walker starling. Shop elsewhere.

Just wanted to share a recent Starling Chevrolet experience in the service department with Shane Nicely. The entire process was first class from the moment we walked in the door. Shane kept us posted throughout the repair and i strongly recommend this guy and the entire team at Starling Chevrolet. Thanks again Shane and keep up the good work!!

We were in town, traveling from Wisconsin and the "check engine" light came on. We went to Sterling Chevrolet and within minutes a service technician came to help us.. Mr. John Wayne was very kind and helpful, and the service was completely free. Thank you Sterling Chevrolet!!

I've had my new Corvette for almost 4 months and I have not received a tag. No one ever calls me back or follows up. Also, Raul (finance manger) added over $7000 of insurance and warranties to my loan that I did not want. It was all about commissions for him. Do not do business with this dealership!

Everything about my experience was smooth and efficient. The woman with whom I spoke at the service desk was friendly and clear and went out of her way to mention the free shuttle service to me. When I arrived for arrive, Shane was ready to receive me and was friendly and efficient. I waited for fewer l than 5 minutes for the shuttle driver and arrived to work downtime on time. Shane called me as soon as the work on my car was completed and facilitated an on-time pickup from the shuttle driver from my office. My car was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership and I was off the lot in under 5 minutes. Best service I’ve had at a dealership or auto shop in a long time.

And stay away from this dealer. I was forced to use them because my car had mechanical issues close by. After a $150 diagnostic, they told me I needed $2800 worth of repairs. I know the warranty of a Chevy volt and ask them if it was covered under warranty. They said no. I asked are you sure? They said yes we are sure it is not covered under warranty. At my risk I took the car to another dealer and they confirmed it was covered under warranty. when I brought this to the attention of starling they did not and would not return my call. I had to get the South Carolina Department of consumer affairs involved. After admitting blame, they said that they would refund my $150 diagnostics charge. Even though I gave them the right address, they sent it to a wrong address. It took many weeks to get my refund. If you need a competent, honest Chevrolet dealer drive the extra miles to West Ashley and ask for Wayne at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I have been using wayne for 15 years and have been pleased with his skill, honesty and integrity.

I purchased a 2010 4-Runner from Starling several months ago, with cash. I was promised to receive a key fob shortly after my purchase, along with getting a right brake light fixed, as well as receiving my tag from the dealership. However, it has been several months since my purchase, and several phone calls and text messages to this place of business, with absolutely no response or answers. I would not recommend this business to anybody.

This dealership is horrible. The salespeople are super shady, the loan guy is a pompous ass, and their service manager is clueless. I was promised that they would detail my car when i bought it. I made a 9:30 appointment and the service guy left me sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours! AND they didn't even detail the car! I had to go back and yell at them. Stay clear of this place
