Poor customer service. Went in a few months ago to get some business pieces laminated. Laminator machine was down. I asked when it would be fixed and the employee said, "I have no idea." Went in again a few months later. Laminator machine down. Again. Once again, I asked when it might be fixed, and once again, the employee said, "I have no idea. Waiting on the repair guy." It's not just the fact the laminator machine seems to always be down, but some of the employees are unfriendly and unhelpful w/ a "not my problem" attitude. If I were running this store I'd get a second laminator machine (since it seems to be a recurring issue), and I'd do a better interviewing and then training employees to have a more friendly, service-oriented approach.

I visited two times recently and will NOT be back. Only reason I went here was to return an online order, the first time I had to leave without doing the return because the lines were long, not moving and the employees acted like they didn't care how many people were waiting to be helped. The whole store feels dirty. All the stuff pilled up every where makes it feel more like a bargain basement store and not in a good way. You can't tell who employees are because they're wearing hoodies and not a work uniform. They also don't seem to know what they are doing. One lady had a print order that the store messed up, and the employee didn't explain what the problem was or even apologize. She kept calling on the radio for a manager, but got no response. When I left 15 minutes later they were still waiting for a manager. There was a long line at the cash register, another long line for printing, and the manager is no where to be found. Other employees see people waiting to be helped and they're laughing and goofing off in the back of the store.

Horrible printing experience. Placed order online for in person pickup. Way past the deadline, and they keep you on perpetual hold, never advising on the status of your order. I went elsewhere, and eventually got a refund from Staples, but it took multiple hours of my time. Avoid this severely under resourced store.

There is a young gentleman named Damieon who works there- hands down this young man is going places in life! He took the time to help me problem solve a complicated issue with my laptop charger cord. At a time when the retail experience can be frustrating and confusing (& customer service service seems like something from a bygone era) an experience like the one he providedshould be valued and appreciated. Shout out to a great employee!

I don't shop at Staples that frequently but I had an immediate need for a piece of equipment that would have taken too long to order from online retailers. Staples had one in stock so I purchased it and picked it up the next morning. However, once I got home with the item I realized that it was an open box item. I have no problem with that but I was charged the full retail price. Upon providing that feedback, the store manager Karlef reached out to me, got a refund issued, and followed up when the refund hit a snag. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. 5 stars for quality customer service.
