What a beautiful evening! The sunset as we were embarking was beautiful which made for lovely onboarding photos (which you can purchase for $45 on board - package includes 2 themed frames, 2 large photos, & 2 small photos at 2 different poses). The dinner consisted of she-crab soup, a kale salad with an amazing dressing, and choice of 1 of 5 entrees (braised rib, stuffed chicken breast, shrimp and grits, salmon, and a vegetarian option). We ordered a bottle of Cab (wine ranged from $25-$65/bottle) and a dessert ($6). The experience was beautiful and we were lucky enough to be sat with a really sweet couple who we were able to connect with, but if you are not up for mingling with “strangers” then I don’t recommend this for you. I was also disappointed that the desserts were NOT included. For as expensive as the dinner was, I wouldve expected one drink and a dessert to be included. I am very grateful that this was a part of our trip as It was a nice evening, It was just a bit pricier than It should have been (including the photo pricing). Also, when you book, you are told that parking is $5 in cash & that the bar is cash only. This is NOT true. Parking was free (and this could be because we went on the sunset cruise - so day time rates may be accurate, but that was not specified), and the bar took card! So just know you do NOT need to bring cash for the bar. Also, when you get there, check in at the ticket booth to get your physical boarding pass before hopping in the embarking line. There are no real instructions for this - so you’re kind of on your own!

We really enjoyed the cruise even with the bad weather. Started with rain storm showering up as we were preparing to board. The captain chose to wait and we left thirty minutes later than the scheduled time. As we made it the famous Charleston row it cleared and we were able to see the sunset and get some great pictures. We both had shrimp and grits which was good. She crab soup was good but on the salty side. Was offered coffee and at the end was brought a bill for coffee. Due to the price we felt that more than water and tea should have been offered to drink… like coffee . We didn’t go by fort Sumter either Which I thought that was one of the sights we were suppose to go by. So food was decent if it rains or storms you may not get to spend the full amount of time in open water you payed for and if it’s not water or sweet tea except to over pay. And also remember the price of the ticket includes gratuity . Not sure if I would do this one again but for sure would try some of the others offered in Charleston. Haveing said that we did enjoy our time once the weather cleared and the food was good in our opinion.

Great fun and a unique view of Charleston. The dinner and desserts were good. Definitely choose the beef ribs, it is so tender and flavorful. Don't miss seeing the upper deck views of Fort Sumter and the Ravenel Bridge. Smooth sailing, friendly servers, and a great idea for a special occasion.

I've done these cruises for years and they're always a good time! Perfect for private events (weddings, company Christmas parties, honorary celebrations... I've attended all of those on these cruises!). The dinner parties are great with food, music, good drinks...and truly unbeatable views! I am never disappointed. Thanks for all that you do to make these outings fun!

My husband and I went the dinner cruise for our anniversary and I must say it was simply amazing! Our waiters were super friendly, professional and prompt. The food was to die for! Delicious is an understatement. The views weren't too bad at night, but seeing the bridge lit up was so romantic! We will definitely take another trip for the 4th.

Really great experience with my husband, service was great, prices for drinks were not included with diner and cruise price, but pretty affordable to purchase, tables are for 6 people, is better to go with friends or be open to be seated with strangers, music is nice, there's a guy that plays the guitar and sings, we're looking forward to go back, hopefully with other couples. It was a fantastic time

Fun birthday dinner for my husband. The staff was friendly and professional. The food and entertainment were great. We plan to try it again during the summer when the days are longer. It may be better for the company to start the cruise earlier than 7pm during the winter months so guests can enjoy more views prior to sunset. Also the windows could've been cleaner on the outside to allow for a better view; otherwise, I highly recommend giving them a try.

My girlfriend and I celebrated her birthday on the dinner cruise and we couldn't have asked for a better time. It was our first time and the staff was very friendly, efficient, attentive and helpful. Our meal was excellent and the cruise was beautiful. We would recommend it as well as attend again.
