I've been ~150 times. The instructors are top-notch & have incredible energy, staff is incredibly kind & attentive, management & ownership is engaged, responsive and accommodating. And they even work in my song requests. The facility is immaculate. Classes are productive and right amount of intensity such that you dont need X days of recovery. Rather you can bounce back and go consecutive days without strain. Only knock is the dumbbells aren't heavy enough for me ;)

My favorite workout! The spin is challenging and the strength workouts change everyday so I never get bored. You can expect to sweat A LOT and feel super strong after each class. Brittney and Jenni are awesome but honestly all the instructors are great!

SPENGA is an amazing full body workout! The classes are 60 mins and follow a 20 min spin, 20 min strength, 20 min yoga flow. Fastest hour ever! It’s honestly genius. Classes are always fun and full of positive energy and the instructors are the BEST. So welcoming and motivating. An awesome community of people all around.

Just had the best class with Amber! She was an awesome instructor who led the entire class beautifully! She paid attention to each person and corrected form where needed. Super knowledgeable and informative. Her yoga portion was deep, unhurried stretching. Loved it and love Spenga!!

Love this studio and format! 20 minutes of spin, strength, yoga is amazing. You get in some cardio, push yourself with weight training circuits, and finish with some stretching yoga cool down. Ironically, I try to do one strength (weights), one cardio, and one yoga geared workout class each week. This studio checks all the boxes!

I am here escaping the Boston winter and have enjoyed my classes at SPENGA. I haven’t spun in years and it’s a great way to get back into it. You can do anything for 20 minutes…although I assure you that at the strength station you will wonder if that is true. And ends with yoga..brilliant!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Always willing to help in any way necessary. Routinely take the extra steps to make every visit a pleasure. Have established and routinely apply cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment.

I started Spenga in June and have been loving class since then. After having ACL surgery in February, the surgeon thought Spenga would be ideal for my recovery… it has been! Everyone is uplifting and motivating and it’s my favorite way to start my day!
