Their staff is unhelpful and very rude. I was buying a car from a person who has an account there, old gentleman who expected them to help him the traditional personal way. The ladies would not even sit with him and rather dealt with us literally shouting from behind the counter. Uncooperative attitude, rude and inexperienced!
