Ken was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me multiple times as there are many options. He was not high pressure at all. The experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend stopping by and seeing Ken.

I would wait to put the review in for your bed. I have the I8. I bought it 3 years ago. 3 weeks before my 1 year warranty ran out they replaced 3 motors, 12-13 months later it all went to hell again. I kept resetting the system almost daily for the past 10-11 months. I finally got tired of it and now ordered the new parts again. We’ll see what happens this time. I should have believed the reviews I read before buying. It’s partly based on and partly mattress. But if sleep number can’t get them to build better bases, then they are to blame again. There are other good air mattress companies out there. With better ratings. SN is just the most well known.

Great location. Clean store. Just wish they had more products available in store instead of ordering, although ordering is very easy with quick delivery.

If your considering buying one of these beds...buy an air mattress first. Inflate it as much as you can. That's as firm as your Sleep Number air mattress will get. Deflate it some...that's how the Sleep Number is supposed to work.The adjustable base is part of another company supplying Sleep Number. When, not if, you have problems with either your the app on your phone or the remote control you pay for...you will have to call Sleep Number first, then their supplier, every time. We have had to make many phone calls to reset our adjustable base in just 2 years.Bottom line...worst purchase we ever made. Would have had more fun throwing $8,000 into a burn pit.DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED!
