The ONLY jewelry store in CHS I will ever shop at!! My engagement ring setting is very unique and typical wedding bands would not sit flush against the ring. From the first day I walked in, Shannon was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about creating a custom piece, providing several options to fit my preferences and budget, and kept me updated throughout it all. Once the piece finally arrived (early than anticipated!!), tears were brought to my eyes at how perfect the ideal ring I envisioned looked in reality. My fiance also got his wedding band from Skatell's and was such a seamless process! PLEASE see Shannon and all the Skatell's staff for any jewelry purchase. 100/10 experience and could not recommend them more! <3

To go to any other jeweler would be crazy. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, Nan made buying an engagement ring the easiest and coolest experience I’ve had in terms of jewelry. She explained everything from the karats to the table and fluorescence. I was able to make a purchase I was confident in and owe it all to them!

One of their employees repaired a couple pieces for me this afternoon. It didn't take long but it did require her expertise, and she didn't charge me for her time. I was wearing my favorite pendant, purchased there last year.

I feel this is important to know before having your jewelry repaired at Skatells. Don't waste your time. After having my ring for 5 weeks and $250.00 I got my ring back with a 10.00 temporary sizer because my ring was still not sized correctly. Lots of excuses later-I had to wait another 2 weeks for the store to reopen from vacation. I decided not to use them again and asked for a refund.. I guess they thought $50.00 should cover my refund. So......don't waste your time or money.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Nan and her team are at Skatell's. My fiance and I live out of country and due to Covid travel restrictions, getting our rings was a logistical nightmare. Nan went above and beyond any and all expectations - she was ready to FaceTime, call/text, and answer any questions we had as we were trying to order from abroad. On top of that - when our plans to collect the rings changed (again) - she was able to get our beautiful rings on a FedEx truck to us within minutes. Their attentiveness and customer service is out of this world, and their selection of products is incredibly beautiful as well!

Bought my first ring at Skatell's from Nan in 1997. Second ring in 2006. Can't count how may other items since then. I'll shop nowhere else for my jewelry. It's not about the price. It's about the quality, style, and honest advice. Nan wants to see you take home what's right for you at the best price. Maybe that costs a bit more, but you'll never regret it. There's nothing like the feeling you get when bought timeless quality. It really is forever.
