Great customers service. Associates will stop what they are doing to help. I was picking up an order and a truck was coming in and the associate asked if I was picking up. When I replied I was he stopped to help me.

I have been using this Sherwin-Williams store on Ben sawyer for 5 years now. I always get good, personal service there. I have been painting my whole house myself one room at a time and they have been great. I did a color consult 5 years ago when I was getting started and it was really helpful. I get lots of compliments on my color selections and it was all with their help. Great store!

Worst customer service ever. I was yelled at by not just an employee but the manager of this store. Reason he started yelling at me because i came in stating that i needed to get a refund because they completely messed up my order and i wouldnt be able to use that paint. The manager screamed at not letting me speak saying that he didnt care and that it wasn't his problem at all.
