Rachel is an absolute gem and pro when it comes to blondeness! I went in with a groupon offer and was admittedly a bit skeptical but Rachel blew me away with her talent and took me from a light brown colour to a dark blonde shade that I have always wanted! I cannot recommend her enough, thank you so much Rachel!!

My first time here and beyond satisfied!! I have curly hair and have a hard time trusting someone to cut my hair. Took a shot and made an appointment here. Rachael cut my hair and she KNEW how to cut curly hair. Amazing!! So satisfied that I scheduled another appointment for her to color my hair. Had a terrible experience with Tonya yesterday from the moment I walked into the door. She was the only one there. I told her my name and she rudely responded with "your appointment was for 4:30PM," and said nothing else. I explained requested 4:45PM because of my work schedule and office location. Her response what just that 4:30 was what she had down. Then she called her next appointment to talk about their start time (was nice to them). Directed me to a chair... still getting short responses from her & she was even snarky about where the bathroom was. I was a 1st time client with a Groupon. She asked me what I wanted done. I showed her a picture and she started to defensively explain to me that despite the Groupon being for "a cut and partial highlights" all the upcharges to what I wanted and blamed it on the receptionist that I made the appointment with for not explaining the fine print to me. The receptionist did ask about my Groupon and what it was for. The breaking point for me was up charging me for the length of my hair when I was wanting to get a shorter cut (medium length). The whole point of getting a Groupon was to save money and it completely threw that out the window. She even said "you can call my manager and she will tell you the same thing." I ended up cancelling my appointment and my Groupon mainly based on her poor attitude. Had she been nice, I mostly likely would have paid extra, but I was super uncomfortable at that point. I was excited b/c this was my 1st hair cut with color in 2 years because I recently got married and wanted my natural hair color for the wedding. Completely took away that joy and excitement the moment I stepped in the Salon due to Tonya's attitude towards me. The is not a way to treat ANYONE, but especially not someone that is a new client. Will never step foot in Salon Salon again solely based on this experience.

The owner over processed my hair beyond repair while tending to two other clients she booked on top of my appointment. I barely made it to my car before bursting into tears. I’ve had long hair my entire life, it has been over a year now and is barely past my shoulders. After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on treatments and still being in this horrific hair situation, I’ve decided to post this review hoping that this will help no other women go through this.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This was the best hair experience of at least my adult life if not the whole thing. Rachel was very patient and engaged when I was describing a hair color I wasn't even sure existed but she nailed it! The color is perfect, the cut is exactly what I wanted and it was amazing that she was just as excited about the hair as I was! Excellent salon, I will be going here for all of my hair needs from now on! I highly recommend this place!Services: Hairstyling

I went in for highlights and came out with my hair like this. I asked only for my coupon price of 87$ and the manager Rachel said I could go into the salon and get refunded for the damage to my shirt. I live over an hour away and asked if she would only refund for the coupon price not even the whole 117$ I paid. She hasn’t answered me in weeks. I’m assuming I’m not getting refunded. She dropped bleach all over my shirt and twice on the top of my head. I had to pay someone else get my hair fixed. I’m not happy with being ignored or the quality of service.Service: Highlights

The salon charged $230 for an incomplete service that left hair damaged beyond repair. The hair was severely overprocessed, bleached out with dark green roots remaining. It broke off in clumps and was falling out by the time I got home. The amount charged was totally unjustified. I requested a refund. The owner refused to take responsibility for the damage or provide a refund.
