Had scheduled my car with USAA for mobile service was called by safelight and told my car would need to be brought to the shop to change out the windshield. Scheduled for Saturday and drop my car for an all day appointment. Mid afternoon told windshield they ordered had a large scratch and need to reschedule another appointment. I picked up my car and will use a service that can actually change my windshield.

Kim and Tyler have been absolutely amazing at this safelite. I have had to reschedule my appointment multiple times because of issues with my car being in the shop. They have been extremely communicative and on top of everything. They consistently called to help me reschedule and are very flexible with me rescheduling multiple times. Tyler actually went out to Summerville to replace my windshield. However, due to issues with my car being in the shop, he couldn’t do the replacement, but he went above and beyond and talk to his manager and the manager at the shop to try to figure someway to be able to help me. I really appreciate how Safelite runs its business. If you are going to choose any business, I would choose this one 10/10!!!!

Manager Jeff Bagwell is a crook. Terrible communication!! Very unprofessional!! Do not go here. They have no accountability. My rearview mirror fell and the glue from it broke my windshield. We had a technician come in, named Tyler, who replaced my windshield and glued on the rearview mirror. When he left, I got in my car after the glue dried and noticed my center console was lowered. It's an adjustable console that acts as an arm rest. It no longer adjusts. We called Safelite to tell them that the technician seemed to have leaned too much on the console ad it snapped and broke. I immediately called Safelite the same day and made an appointment for them to look at it. I took the car in the next day at the earliest appt time they had available. The person who looked at it said he would talk to the technician who fixed my windshield as well as talk to his manager and to expect a call back on Monday. We never received a call back, so we called them back. They said they would call us back when a manager was in. We didn't receive a call back for a few days, so we called them and the secretary apologized and said she would make sure he called us. The manager called us back and I had to bring the car in again for him to look at it. He did not believe that it adjusted because he has never seen a car do that. He also said he would talk to the technician who worked on the windshield (I guess the first guy never called him). I showed him a video of the feature and how it adjusted. He said that he would call VW to see if that actually exists in Tiguans. We waited another 3 days for him to get back to us and he never did, so we called and he said that VW told him that Tiguans do, in fact, have that feature. He then asked us to drive the car to VW to get a quote. After Volkswagon gave them a quote, Safelite had hired an investigator and said that they don't have any evidence that they are required to pay for the damage. We reached out about how shocked we were. Tried to see their investigation documents. No response (shocker). They have a picture of the console adjusted before the service and a picture of the console closed after the service! We called and told them what we found the same day as the service! We have brought the car in 3 times! There have been numerous times where they say they will call us back and they haven't! It was so obvious that they were trying to see if we would forget about it by not responding. Would give negative stars if possible. The way they handled this was terrible.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience as a customer. I dropped off my car and they completed installation faster than the promised time. Everyone was very kind, would highly recommend!

They replaced a window glass, window Has not operated properly since, I've been back 3 occasions.They said they fixed it the best they could and they take it to a body shop if there was any other trouble

Experience was fine but they installed a random after market windshield which probably doesn’t matter in most cars but I have Jeep Wrangler and it does. It suck’s that they didn’t offer because I would have paid more. Service was fine, windshield works with no leaks so far, questionable if I will use them again, I wish I would have asked about an OEM windshield. Excellent customer service would have reminded me to.

During the replacement of my windshield. The technician cut the wire to my handsfree microphone. Also there was left silicone on my leather seats. Called the company to try and get it fixed and they informed me I have to wait a few days for them to come out and "document" the damage before anything can be done about it. If I were to take it to another company to have this corrected(I was going to take it to the company who installed the handsfree microphone) they will not reimburse me for anything. As far as I can tell my windshield was installed correctly so no complaints there

Have a broken rear window on an unpopular car. Made an appointment but they emailed me saying the window was not available and there was no projected availability date. I called the local Chevy dealership and they said said they could get the window. And I contacted two more windshield shops who both said they could get the window. Bottom line... Safelight only wants to fix it if it's easy for them.
