I would strongly recommend you avoid any Results Physiotherapy offices. While the therapists are quite competent their billing is totally incompetent. They submit bills to insurance incorrectly and don’t get paid. My first bill was rejected because they didn’t give the therapists number. She called them to make sure they had her number. The I called them because the next bill still didn’t have her number. After that they billed as a “non preferred provider” even though they were on the preferred list. Then they resubmitted the bills incorrectly, I even got Blue Cross to tell them how to submit the bills, and they still didn’t get it right. I’m now getting bills for my co-pay for which I gave them credit card receipts. The phone reps agree with me and say they will pass the information on to billing and they’ll get back to me in a couple of days. Billing never gets back to me. This has been going on for over a year. Their billing makes it easier to live to live with shoulder pain than to go through their system

I got hurt in an airplane incident and compacted my left side shoulder disks. James help me to feel why better and have more mobility. It is and injurie that will never go away so he gave me bands and exercises to do at home!! I have been to many therapists and 4 offices. By far James is the best I ever had over the years. The people's at the office are very accommodating and nice.

I was likely facing surgery for 2 torn meniscus as well as arthritis in both knees. I could not be happier with the results I’ve achieved as I have made such amazing strides. Therapists, Michael and Carter were wonderful to me and they helped me way beyond my expectations. Everyone I had contact with at this office were kind and professional. I would definitely come back to Results if the need arises. Thank you so much!May 2023 I’m again a patient at Results Physiotherapy in order to get pain relief and to strengthen my legs before a planned knee replacement surgery. Michael once again worked with me for wonderful results. I cannot sing his praises enough. The entire staff is great and once I have surgery I’ll definitely come back to have Michael be my therapist. He came recommended to me by my daughter and I’ve been nothing but pleased! Thank you!

I became a patient at Results after having surgery for a broken ankle this past summer. I’ve seen many other physical therapists over the years for various other injuries, and I can only say that I wish I had been to Results sooner. Specifically, I saw Jay for my initial evaluation and treatment and transitioned to James for the majority of my treatments. Unlike a number of PT practices I have been to where I did the same exercises each time, James consistently challenged me by either changing the resistance level, the number of reps, the exact way I was doing the exercises or just progressing me to harder exercises entirely. He was funny and kind and took the time to explain the purpose of what we were doing in any given moment. Even when it seemed like he was torturing me during, say, scar tissue massage, he was nice enough that I didn’t actually want to kick him. Best of all, I can now walk without pain and am even starting to jog again!

Results PT has a very accommodating and professional team. Practitioners listen and provide clear concise analysis coupled with focused therapy. I highly recommend them.
