The whole experience of purchasing a new bed( which I dread) was terrific at Relax the Back. Todd the owner came highly recommended as extremely knowledgeable and honest, and he lived up to that reputation. Brooke, is wonderful as well. Things went smoothly from our first inquiry about adjustable beds(new to us)to the delivery and set up, which is personally done by Todd and Brooke, not a third party delivery company. When a different mattress choice was needed, the company has an excellent exchange policy, which makes it easy to feel confident making this kind of important decision and investment. I don’t know why anyone would order a temperpedic bed online or elsewhere as Relax the Back has very competitive pricing and top notch service and knowledge. I would highly recommend this business.

Kudo's to Alex and Sam for delivering a used treadmill to our second story exercise area. A project that required taking the unit to move it and then reassembling once in the right place. Both Alex and Sam were a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job.

The team here did a great job helping us find a pillow that would make sleep comfortable and restorative. I loved that they allow you to take a loaner pillow home to try out before committing as we ended up not loving the first one we tried. They aren’t pushy and they are extremely helpful! Will definitely use them again in the future.

My go-to store for anything relating to comfort or back support. We bought a split king Temperpedic mattress a few years ago and are so happy either it. Todd, the owner, was so helpful and patient working with us answering a million questions, offering incentives. Over the past few years I've purchased many items that really has made a difference in back support including back and seat cushions for my desk chair which has made a huge difference in my comfort.

I bought an expensive desk chair for my home office about 15 years ago. I was having back problems at the time and the chair worked very well for me. Over the years, the armrests, which were covered in a vinyl, began to show signs of wear and age. The chair itself is covered in a different material which has aged well. I have been very pleased with the chair. However, when I went to the same store in Mt. Pleasant to ask about getting the armrests repaired or reupholstered, I was told by the young man who helped me that this couldn't be done and that I would have to buy a new chair. The new models, which look very much the same as my chair, are much more expensive now. Buying a new chair seemed a little unreasonable, so I left feeling frustrated. When I talked to an upholsterer, I was told that the armrests could easily be removed and reupholstered. The chair is now good as new.This store has quality merchandise and I would highly recommend their furniture. I just hope the young man learns that honesty will bring him more success in the long run than giving misleading information to customers.
