I was on the hunt for boiled peanuts and heard that they can be found at Refuel gas stations. I can't get boiled peanuts living in California so the boiled peanuts from here were better than none at all. However, they were not as hot, juicy, or salty as I would've hoped. Would not recommend the boiled peanuts from this location.

During my recent visit to refuel, I noticed that the restrooms were quite unclean, and there was no one greeting customers at the door. It made me question where the customer service was.

Worst station in town I've had a few challenges before with paying at the pump but nothing so bad until now. Yesterday I was near so it was close Pump authorized my card and let me select an octain. Then would not dispense gas. Tried multiple times and ways. Closed out transaction and got a $0 receipt. Now there is a $200 hold on my visa. Save yourself and go across street to the new Sunoco or up to Costco

Store was clean enough. Miss p decided to knock as she was entering the woman’s bathroom and walked in my wife and sister then proceeded to say I’m not using that bathroom.. the locks barely worked on either restroom… miss p needs to work on her mouth to say the least…

Well, I had been spending $300 a week here with in-store purchases, but never again. The ice machine has been down for over a month, and the “clerk” charges me 88 cents to walk in the back for a cup of ice. I didn’t pay the 88 cents nor will I ever spend a penny in there again. $300 weekly revenue lost for 88 cents, great job Refuel! Now you should know why your competitors are out performing you.

This store goes from bad to worse. I would really like to speak to the owner directly. I cannot spend another dime in there until it gets straightened out. Why would you hire a woman with clear psychological issues, that was fired from 7-11 for cussing out customers? Now she is doing the same in your store. Good luck holding onto customers while she’s working in there.

Came in to get some gas and put 20 on the pump but accidentally gave them more than 20, so the cashier went out of her way to give me my change when I was getting into my vehicle .

Awful customer service just terrible the signage was wrong nothing was priced correctly and Tammie the manager was rude as all get out someone needs to retrain the while store on merchandising and customer service 0 out of 10 experience

The Manager Tammy who prefers messages on Facebook with people in line. After a couple of minutes checked me out without saying a single word to me, just focused on the cellphone. Sad how society lacks the simple drive to be in customer service, especially one being paid to be a manager. If I was the GM, I would find a better person for the face of my location.

Interesting convenience store. Large clean and has restrooms. Large selection of domestic beer and wine. Also small section of canned cocktails, craft beer and local souvenirs. A good variety of sweet and savory snacks. A large display of pig skins for the low carb/keto people. Their food offerings included fried chicken, pizza, wings and boiled peanuts. Several gas pumps to refuel your vehicle. Gas was of average price. Shell brand.

If I could put zero I would. First of all your staff is so rude and unprofessional it’s insane. You say hello and try to say thank you etc, they won’t respond or acknowledge you. No greeting when walking in, also please don’t ask customers to wear a mask if your employees aren’t going to. Furthermore, please don’t leave all your bathrooms with zero toilet paper and look at the customer with a blank face when they say there isn’t any. This place needs new staff period
