I’ve gone here sense i was a kid and taken my siblings here and there’s always amazing service and there’s always someone around incase you need help! i come a lot and it’s always very tidy.

I have lived in Mt Pleasant for 30 years. I have never felt welcome at this store. I have raised four children and now have 6 grands that live in the area. Recently, I was in the shoe store with my daughter and her three children. The customer services was far from “southern” and hospitable. The original employee was nice to work with and then someone else stepped in and it went down from there. My grands were not even spoken too or acknowledged and it’s a children’s store. The staff acted like we were putting them out.I will not be encouraging my other children to take my grands there. I hope they will hire new staff that will be more welcoming to their customers.

I cannot say anything but amazing things about this store! The clothing is beautiful and the staff is so incredibly kind and helpful! Thank you for making my shopping experience for my kiddos so pleasant ❤️! I would recommend this store to any mommas out there!

my mom has been shopping at this store since i was a little girl, and now i shop and work for this boutique! it has a great friendly work environment, the cutest shoes and clothes, and i love working with the little ones fitting them into the perfect shoe size! love those little giggles and the smiles they give me when they come in!

Found out my daughter is having a baby boy in May so naturally I have to look at all the baby clothes! They had their children's Christmas clothes marked down. I was able to get a few outfits and they were kind enough to wrap them for me! I am sure I will be visiting often now that we have a grand baby on the way!

I’ve shopped at this store a handful of times. I always leave feeling disappointed in the sales staff. Each time I go back thinking ehh, I could have remembered wrong and will give it another chance. Each time is just as disappointing as the last. The staff is never friendly or helpful. I have to beg them to check for a size, they tend to always be on their phone and they are snotty when I ask any sort of question. Like how dare I make them work. This last time I went in to get my youngest daughter new sneakers as she outgrew hers. She is 1 year old and was having a hard time letting go of mama. Instead of the the lady working with my daughter, she ran away and just grabbed sneakers from the back, I was pretty annoyed because I wanted my daughter to get sized as she has a very wide foot. Because the lady refused I had to size my daughters foot by myself which was very difficult as she won’t let go of me. I was struggling. They ended up not having my daughters shoes in stock and instead of offering to order them she just said sorry and walked away. After the whole shoe situation I noticed they were having a sale so I went over to take a look, I needed up buying some things but whenever I asked if they had an item in a different size, I was told to look over there. Then when I said I did, I was told then we don’t have it. Again instead of helping me look or offering to look in the back, etc. I have left to fend for myself. It will honestly be the last time I go. They have cute clothes but it’s all the same inventory as the other kids stores around town and they have better customer service. Nothing special about this store.

Thank you so much for helping find the perfect dress and headpiece for my daughter. The attention you gave her was amazing and so kind. You guys let her shop until she found the perfect fit! We did not feel rushed or pushed into anything. It was a great experience for any little girl. Thank you again. I highly recommend you guys!! Amazing boutique and experience!

Love Ragamuffin Children’s Boutique! I always find something for my kids in there! If you’re visiting Charleston, you must stop in to check it out! If you’re local, you definitely should stop in often to check out their arrivals they get weekly!

I was completely ignored in the store. I had gifts to purchase and the sales associate didn't even help me when I was looking for a size. I left and went to a different children's boutique (and their loss because I had to purchase gifts for 8 children and spent $1200)

Gm wonderful shopping experience. The staff was very helpful! Found some beautiful dresses - and perfect shoes and hair accessories to go with them. The gifts were beautifully wrapped!
