My husband and I frequent the shops in this shopping center because we do the lawn care and some maintenance. Today I went to walk into purple haze and the door was locked which I understand that the majority of the time there is only one employee, and everyone needs a break now and then. The girls pup was running around so I figured someone was inside and I waited for less than 30 seconds at the door- and then the girl came stomping to the door and whipped it open and before I could ever say I’m sorry for interrupting her break she rudely huffs and puffs “I was just trying to use the bathroom.” I again apologized. She was in a hurry to get me back out. As soon as I walked out the door, it slammed and locked behind me and my husband and I watched her stomp back through to the back of the store. A sign on the door saying “be back in 5-10 min. Sorry for the inconvenience” could’ve saved this review from being written, and all that. Don’t be rude to your customers- especially if they are nothing but kind to you from the first breath.

An employee named Jonah Elsey refused me service for no reason. I have a valid ID and went in to purchase a few things and upon my request he replied “I’m not selling you anything”. If a manager or owner had witnessed this I have no doubt he would have been fired for making the company lose money!
