I visited this PostNet location after a big, but slowly dying, chain office-supply store (named after paper fasteners) completely BOTCHED an important project. I was left completely dejected and worried about what I'd do to get this printing job created until my wife found PostNet. What a lifesaver! As soon as I walked in, Damien was there to talk me off the ledge. RUN, do not walk, to PostNet for any printing needs. Locally-owned business with the owner on-site and a tremendously wonderful staff. No other printing or shipping place will ever get my money.

I asked when their notary would be available. I arrived well before that time only to be told she had left. She was actually in the back. I just had surgery and had a short window of time to get a simple document notarized. I pleaded with the employee who was useless as was the one who told me a time to come. Truly a heartless place. Found a good one down IOP at a UPS store who actually came out to the car so I didn't have to limp in with a clearly bandaged foot. I had to get these important documents mailed today. I was with my husband as I couldn't drive.

I've had a private mailbox there for years and have enjoyed excellent, friendly customer service (unlike the local U.S. Post Office & no waiting lines). Their graphics/copying department is better than the big box office supply stores, in my experience.

Every time I go in there they are not friendly and will not help. I tried to send an Amazon package return and there were all these steps I needed to do in order to just drop it off and I already had the postage all ready to go. Normally other places I just drop it. Then I went in to buy stamps and they were out. Now you cannot even use a debit for under $5. I can see credit but debit? This is only to name a few of the issues. I will never go back. It's always a waste of my time!

When you walk in ....you feel welcomed. Like they are happy you are there and want to help/work. I've gone in with my own notions of what I needed and the associate had the knowledge and care to suggest a different direction that saved me over $230.00. He could have just let me do my thing but I am so grateful he cared enough to TRULY help me. And his idea was better, cheaper and same result I was after... nice to be taken care of.

Descent the first time I went there last year. I sent my daughter back to make a few changes on a business card he had on file so I could reorder and they/he disappeared! Like 4-6 weeks go by and nothing. We call, still nothing. So bad that people don't even return calls/emails when you want to give them money. So disappointing.

This Post Net is the best hands down. I threw a big fundraiser and needed a bunch of stuff printed. It was my first year and I can’t say that I was the most organized but they jumped in and helped so much! And not only that they even helped support the fundraiser. I will never go anywhere else. They deserve your business! Five huge stars.

At 515pm I realized that I need to make 50 copies of an important promotional flyer for my new book. I emailed them, completely oblivious that it was a Friday and they were closed on Saturday. A short time later, I received an email indicating they were still there and if I could get there (by 6pm) they could do the job. I called the number they provided in their email and gave them my credit card. The co-owner asked how far away I was and I indicated that I was literally 2 minutes away (because I live very close). She met me at the door, confirmed my credit card information, handed me my order. I was extremely impressed. And I have been, because I have used this business many times previously. Use them. They ARE reliable and good.
