Polly, Richard, Caulder, Lizzy and the whole team pass the family business feeling right along to you and are a true pleasure to do business with. The most special moments in my life have been celebrated with Polly’s pieces such as engagement ring, wedding bands, Rolex, and many other holiday gifts. If you are engagement ring shopping in Charleston, you must go to Polly’s and see Lysa. She sold my husband my first ring 20 years ago and helped us again when I was ready for an “upgrade”. They stand by their trade in credit! I did tons of research on diamonds and visited a few jewelry stores in Mt Pleasant. Lysa was the only one that “heard” what I wanted and delivered. I am thrilled with my ring. I got higher quality diamonds and a better price than Diamonds Direct. I couldn’t be happier.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Polly’s! My husband recently purchased another diamond band for my wedding set. My new band is stunning! Caulder did an excellent job helping my husband pick out the perfect band. We also had Polly’s repair my engagement ring and appraise several very nice and sentimental pieces of my jewelry. Most of the pieces that they appraised were passed down to me from my great grandmother. Megan went above and beyond helping me choose what pieces needed to be appraised to be added to our insurance policy. I ended up leaving several very expensive and sentimental pieces with Polly’s. Megan was so amazing! She kept in touch with me every step of the way. She would let me know if any repairs were needed. She was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable! Stephanie was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Moving forward, I will only do business with Polly’s! They are the very best!

I love Polly’s Fine Jewelry and feel like the quality is different than any other jewelry store I’ve ever been in. On top of that, I feel like it is extremely welcoming, and the customer service is always exceptional. Polly's is your Family Jewelry Store. When you walk in the door your treated like family. So come in & do all your Holiday shopping.FYI I have used Polly's since 1981. I have had them make a Diamond necklace a pair of earrings & remake my Diamond Tennis Bracelet. All were Gorgeous! They are the place to go to have all your jewelry repairs done. They do a fabulous job and It will look brand new when you pick it up.

We love having Polly’s as our local jeweler! They are always so friendly and helpful whenever we are in! Stephanie is amazing to work with! They were able to take the Pearl necklace my grandfather gave my grandmother on their wedding day and make it into matching bracelets for my mother and me to wear on my wedding day! 10/10 recommend!
