They have been in business so many years and always awesome. They are a compounding pharmacy and make rx for my cat also. They will deliver to your home ! ( don’t know if mileage limitations on that) interesting shop also. Old candies, soda fountain and a group of historical paperbacks about old original Mt. Pleasant. This little street area is a well hidden secret. Lots of cute shops you can visit. Adequate parking is the only problem.

Quaint, historic little pharmacy with restaurant counter service. Step back in time for an egg salad sandwich on wonder bread ($5), and a milkshake ($5). Other mom-used-to-make sandwiches as well . We sat on the red stools at the wooden counter like we had stepped back in time. Loved the experience, the food and the prices. we went on a tip from the guide at the visitors center- and then explored the shop for old time childrens books, and fun items. Loved it!

I went with one of my best girlfriend to pick up her kids from school. On the way home they asked if we could stop for ice cream. When we walked in it felt like I was just traveled through time and into a movie from the 1950's. It is SO SO So Cute! Kids riding in on their bikes to get a ice cream, a grilled cheese after school. I live in Mount Pleasant and I will definitely recommend anyone that is visiting to go here. Get some ice cream on a cone. Then, walk to Pitt Street Bridge and watch the sun set. Sounds like a great first date :) It is going to be the next date night with my man.

Where some of the Outer Banks filming has taken place. Need I say more? The store is charming. Has a small pharmacy and an old time soda fountain/ grill. We were tourists but it seemed like the kind of place where locals hang out (a bunch were at the soda fountain area when we were there). You can get old fashioned candy and make sure to check out the vintage medical supplies around the wall, really neat! The staff is also very friendly.

We went there for the first time. Had a a Vanilla Coke. The first time in 50 years. The candy there I hadn't seen in that long. I'd go back for lunch

I love this pharmacy so dang much. They are LITERALLY the nicest pharmacy that you will ever encounter. The pharmacists, the cashiers, honestly I always walk out feeling happier than I did walking in. They make you feel so welcome and always THE BEST service. Always have your prescription on time which is so lovely! Thank you, Pitt St Pharmacy for going above and beyond and being so kind!

Such a fun spot! Makes you feel like you're traveling back in time with the kids sitting at the counter ordering floats before hopping on their bikes and heading home.

They are so easy to work with! Why can’t all pharmacies be like this! It literally took me less than a minute to call a refill request and they’ll mail it to me. I’ll probably have it tomorrow. Love this pharmacy!

Okay... I loved the idea of this place but found there were a number of areas, which it could be improved.- yes the sandwiches are cheap but it's legitimately like sandwich bread from Walmart and not a lot of options on what you can do like add fries there are none- parking was very hard to find- ice cream was the highlight and the reason it gets 3 stars. - a lot of people like that it's near the Pitt street bridge, However it's actually too far to walk in my opinion especially if you are traveling with kids so you will have to find street parking again. If I knew I'd have to move my car- I'd go to okra. Food is very good there.- my dad loves a deal and was thrilled with this place probably felt nostalgic he also loved the size of the cheeseburger which cost $7 and came with toppings- I enjoyed the vintage feel to the candy counter- the shop next door is by comparison expensive but upscale southern and the gala bakery is mostly sweets and coffees no breads. (If you walk the strip- this is good to note) - overall, I personally won't be back ye ol fashioned up the street is far superior food. This restaurant is kid friendly and has high chairs
