I am a frequent shopper at the pet-smart in Mt pleasant long point . Several times I have been overcharged for a dog food I buy on a monthly basis. The dog food is clearly marked on the shelf but rings up incorrectly overcharging me $4.00. I have brought it to the attention of the employees as well as the manager and it has not been corrected. I am concerned about any product I buy at this Location and how many unsuspecting customers are being overcharged ! I encourage all Petsmart shoppers to check the shelf price, take a photo and check your receipts !!

This PetSmart always has what I need and them some. They have a wide variety of food, toys, medicine, and things for all small animals. The girls in the grooming section are wonderful and take very good care of Charlie. I'm impressed with the store.

I took 2 of my dogs in to get groomed. The 2 girls in there (Cassie Herring and Caity Campbell) were amazing. Great attitude, very professional. I feel like there should be more people like them that care about their jobs and your pets like they are one of their own. I highly recommend scheduling your pets with one of them.

I had give up on PetSmart in TEXAS. But the one in Mount Pleasant brought me back. Our puppy was trained all the way through her advanced classes and it was awesome!! Tracie was amazing. And their staff has been awesome!!

We normally book with Katie Campbell, as she does an excellent job with our dog every time and if he has a small mat she doesn’t shave his entire body. However, she wasn’t available so we were booked with another groomer named Katie, last name starting with M. Katie M. (The girl with dark hair, tattoos and a septum piercing) is a horrible groomer. From the minute we walked in, she had a very unprofessional and rude attitude towards us over a small mat on his chest, basically made us feel like we’re dog abusers despite the fact the rest of his fur wasn’t matted. She shaved my dog’s entire body when we asked for a trim. She made up an excuse of him “being matted” when he just had one small mat on his chest I asked to be spot shaved out. He also reportedly bit her three times, which makes me inclined to believe that she was rough on our dog as he has been groomed at least 10 times prior and has never bit a single other groomer. She had the audacity to charge us a “handling fee” when she didn’t respect the notes of his feet and legs being sensitive areas. The other groomer, Cassie, was very insensitive and defended Katie M’s actions.

I go to the one in the Whole Foods plaza. Great, friendly place. A nice calm atmosphere, so your pet won't be too anxious. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.On the other hand, the Banfield on Longpoint is extremely busy and noisy.We purchase Banfield's Healthcare Package. It's a very good price for the coverage.

I want to make known a groomer by the name of Katie. She works at PetSmart, Mt. Pleasant. Aug 4th, Katie was at the PetSmart, Sam Rittenburg, because her store was having computer problems. She is a horrible person and groomer. She maliciously cut my dog's fur down to nothing. I should not have allowed her to touch my dog. I had a list since this was the first time my dog was being groomed. Everything I asked her "not" to do she did it. It started with what my dog "is". He's a poodle not a golden doodle. It went on with price discrepancy and what person who I made appt with & when I brought Takeo in. Takeo did have slight matting behind his neck. In Katie's dictionary demat, means to cut down to nothing. Katie cut my dog as if he was matted, flea and tick ridden. She should not touch anyone else's dog. She would rather take her frustrations out on an innocent dog. I appreciate that PetSmart returned my money after what she did, but she doesn't deserve to work with animals. Katie, everyone should know that you are a horrible person and you do not deserve the title of groomer.
