I have been boarding my dogs and cats there for years. They are always kind, compassionate and responsible. My pets never give me a hard time when I drop them off. I highly recommend Paw Plaza Hotel.

Our dogs and cats receive the best care at the Paw Plaza. We have always had wonderful experiences and have been using them for 8 years. They really are the best.

We have been taking our 3 large dogs here for almost 3 years now. Our dogs love this place so much they start whining when we turn onto their street and literally run in the door! The staff is so great to our dogs even though they can be a bit rambunctious. Even when we don't do boarding baths, our pups come out looking brushed and clean. We will be moving soon and we can only hope that we can find a place as good as this at our new location. We LOVE that they provide military and long-stay discounts.

My fur babies just LOVE The Paw Plaza Hotel! They take such good care of them! I love that they can have inside playtime as they do at home and they can stay together in the same room. During the 10+ years we have been using them I have always felt they are well cared for (my previous poodle stayed there too). I would highly recommend them! Janay is our favorite fur baby caregiver at the Paw Plaza...she always makes my girls feel loved and I know they are in good hands. Makes me feel good to see the same caregivers there over time too. ❤️❤️❤️

Melanie and the team at Paw Plaza Hotel are amazing. They are so knowledgeable about different breeds and coordinate outdoor time based on temperament and breed. The outdoor area is HUGE, so much more room to play and roam than any other place I have taken my pets. You can rest assured that Paw Plaza Hotel will take care of your animals as if they were their own.

Leaving our new baby behind to go on vacation was a very very hard decision for us. From the very beginning in booking Presley’s trip, Paw Plaza was nothing but helpful and courteous. They helped us put together a perfect week for our little girl and we got to see pictures every single day! Highly recommend Melanie and her team. We felt like our baby was with her second family! Thank you again!!!!!!

A while back I placed my dog at a different facility where he escaped, long story short, found him 6 weeks later starving and with shattered pelvis.I thought I could never put him in boarding again but I had too. When I called them they gave me a private tour to assure me everything would be okay and didn’t mind I was a little crazy. I just wanted to thank the staff and the owner and tell them I will never forget their kindness.

Left my puppies here for their first boarding experience. They were very well taken care of and happy. Saw pics of them everyday I was gone. Very very happy with the service and WILL be returning. They also offer daycare services which we will be using as well.

Paw plaza Always gives my "baby" Lilli love & care. Lilli is a 3 yr old standard poodle that loves playing with all her friends at paw plaza. Thx for caring so tenderly for Lilli
