Walked in, to do some business. Both gentlemen were on the phone and didn’t even acknowledged I walked in. I ask him where do I need to go to exchange or replace my battery/get it tested? Still there about three more minutes the other gentleman come walk by me or I don’t know what, went back over there sat down on the phone. That’s what I knew. The struggle Is Real!!! . never again while I look for business through Parks auto parts. Horrible customer service.
