The quality of care is great, the staff, techs and vets are very knowledgeable and do want the best for our pets. They take the appointments at the scheduled time (sometimes a bit early if you are there) and are conveniently located with an excellent facility.
Park West Vet is not the least expensive option but provides excellent service. The competency and friendliness of the staff is great.

I continue to always have a wonderful experience! These doctors and technicians are extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional and go above and beyond showing love and care for both of my furbabes! The overall care along with the follow up and communication that I receive.. It is so greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed! I live about an hr away( with traffic) from James Island to Mt. Pleasant. There are many veterinarian services very close to me however will ALWAYS continue to take my furbabes here! I honestly cannot thank the team here enough!

Hayden was so nice when we checked in an out! My Vet. Tech. & Dr. Brogie were amazing! They were both very helpful and welcoming during Barkley's first visit. Being new to the area, I'm so happy to have chosen Park West Vets. Friendly and knowledgable!

Staff and doctors are always kind, happy and helpful. I have never waited long for any appointments. My dogs are never afraid to go to Park West Vets. Doctors are caring and have always figured out the issue.

We have had a great experience every time with Park West Vet. They are always kind, welcoming to both people and my dog and take the time to explain things clearly. We have worked with them for both sick and well visits and our experiences have all been excellent. They take the time to explain everything to us.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Maurer and the rest of the staff of Park West Vet. I still remember years ago when I brought my dog in, kind of in a panic because she had a stubborn tick attached, and they removed it and didn’t even charge me for it. And recently, in their sparkling clean, spacious new building, everyone made me feel like I had all the time in the world to ask questions about my dog's upcoming surgical procedure. I loved how they gave my sweetie treats (and GOOD treats) to make her feel comfortable. And then I get a follow-up call to tell me results of tests. All of the staff are so kind and compassionate on the phone. They know that we parents can be a worried bunch. They are never quick or impatient. The best staff ever.
I am super-impressed with the time they take and the new facility and the no-doubt expensive equipment they've invested in that make the surgeries and anesthesia-administering process more reliable.

The entire staff at Park West Vets is amazing!! So responsive, accommodating, and they treat my pets like they are their own! Dr. Schmidt is the bomb. He is so kind, very thorough, and spends as much time as I need to answer questions and make recommendations. I never feel rushed and he is so sweet and gentle with my pups! I highly recommend Park West Veterinary Associates!!

I had such a wonderful, stress free visit for my cat, Riley. Everyone I came into contact with and spoke with was friendly and compassionate. Dr. Decker was great. I highly recommend going to Park West Vet.
