JJ at Palm was wonderful to work with. I needed 5 seating areas and 2 dining areas worth of outdoor furniture and he was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and needed. The process was easy and the furniture is great quality. 10/10 recommend using them!

I bought a great patio set and dining set which was perfect for my backyard a few years ago. Fast forward and there was some wear and tear on the frame....no questions asked they offered to replace it and only asked in the future I let them know if there is any minor damage as they might be able to repair it. I will not go anywhere else moving forward.

The teak furniture we selected is exceptionally constructed and beautiful. Looks great on our back porch. Palm Casual reps were very responsive and offered many options. The Adirondack chairs we selected were delivered quickly. Highly recommend their store!

Furniture purchased and paid for 4/13. Promised a 3 week delivery. Finally got a delivery date of 6/2 and was promised all the furniture was in. That was a lie. Still missing a substantial part of the order. No idea when the rest of the furniture will be delivered

I usually don't post reviews, but Palm Casual in MtP way exceeded expectations. So happy I bought my patio umbrella from them, they replaced the whole frame when it broke and did it quickly and with no extra charge. Amazing customer service!

Still unbelievable. After 9 years, our umbrellas would no longer tilt. They replaced the frames on both, no charge for frames or labor. And they do it all readily, happily and quickly. Many thanks to Jake, Jason and Kareem. Below is our review from 7 years ago. We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.Unbelievable. Our first experience buying a patio table, chairs and umbrellas was 5 star - price, service, selection and delivery - all met and exceeded expectations. After 2 years, we realized we would prefer bar height table and chairs to see over the top of our balcony railings and better experience our beautiful view. So 2 years later, Palm Casual Mt. Pleasant worked the exchange with no discounting of the 2 year old furniture, all done without hesitation or haggling. And again, of course, 5 star price, service, selection and delivery. The buying experience at Palm Casual Mt. Pleasant is extraordinary!

Five stars are just not enough for Palm Casual. Not only for the high quality furniture that they sell, but also for the excellent customer service that they offer. I ordered an outdoor dining set from them, and it arrived with a minor defect. It was so minor that I hesitated to bring it up, but when I did, they were prompt to offer a replacement or partial refund. They did so with great courtesy and assurance that it was important to them that I get exactly what I want. I got a new table delivered within a few weeks, and it is perfect. I wouldn't go anywhere else for outdoor furniture. Why order something online when you can get such attention and service from a local company.

I am so happy we purchased outdoor furniture from Palm Casual. 5+ years ago it was two chairs, two tables, an ottoman and 2 chaise lounges. As can happen, after 4+ years the ottoman stitching came loose in one area and I took it back to the Mt. P store to see if I could get it fixed. I also took a photo of one of the chaises fabric that looked a bit discolored. The sales personnel looked up our purchase and told me that both were covered by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Not only would they replace the fabric in those items but would replace the fabric in all the chairs/chaises so they would still match perfectly. Last year I purchased two Adirondack chairs, someone used one last week as a step stool and broke part of the seat. When I went back to the store this week, they said the guarantee is for all there products and for a nominal pickup/delivery charge they would fix the chair under warrantee. Great service and follow through. I would recommend Palm Casual to anyone interested in leisure furniture. They can't be beat.
