Walked in, was not greeted or welcomed in any way. I am a male and received a few weird glances as I perused the home goods section. After walking around the shoppe for about fifteen minutes without anyone checking in, I left. Upon reading other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring theme with this shoppe. Based on the overwhelming inventory and lack of space inside, you would imagine they would want to make a sale or two…but I digress. King Street worked out just fine for me.

I saw the store as I was leaving a residence and liked it’s look. I am not from mt pleasant but just wanted to check it out. Absolutely the most amazing stuff especially clothes and shoes and handbags and linens etc. I have not been shopping in many many years that I actually loved the style entirely. I’m someone who loves different unusual stylish and wow it’s on. I was so overwhelmed I decided to tone it down and just breath. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to afford many of the liked items but it is a super nice place and nice staff. I did buy something though as it’s a appreciation for it being there. Hope to go and shop there again one day.

Hands down, this is one of my favorite boutiques! When friends/family visit, I always take them here. The atmosphere is fun, and most everyone can find something that makes their heart sing. Some of my favorite clothing items came from Out of Hand.The Old Village/Pitt St. area is a hidden gem and you can find numerous places for special photos. I just love it here.

Today was my second time in this store. A few months ago I went in with a friend and not one person spoke to us or glanced in our direction. That's fine. Everybody has an off day and their clothes were very cute. We tried some on but they were out of our sizes that day. I spotted some glassware I loved. Today I went back and sadly, the glasses were gone. Nobody greeted me or spoke to me in the home store. We went to the clothing part and all I received were glares like I was a huge inconvenience walking in. There were at least 3 ladies working today if not more. Not one of them could muster up a "Welcome" or "How can I help you." Had anybody given me the time of day, I am certain we would have both walked away happy. I love to shop local but I am not willing to give my money to a shop that seems like the customer walking in is less than worthy of a glance. That will be the last time I walk in there.

Super cute store, BUT the customer service has declined to zero!! I frequently shop here and have noticed the decline in the past, but today as I shopped (wanted to buy) I was not greeted and I was completely ignored. There were 2 other customers in the store and 2 employees. The employees were talking about closing time at 4:15pm. So many other upbeat/cute clothing stores to go to in Charleston.

So obsessed with this little place! Blair in Ooh Beautiful is always so kind & helpful. I'm so impressed by all of the quality products that they carry. I've always gotten some beautiful flower arrangements from there as well. Highly recommend for gifts, clothes, clean beauty, and florals!

I had visited the store for the first time a few weeks back with a group friends, it was such a pleasurable experience. It's hard to find a place that no matter someone's budget everyone can leave with a special purchase. The store is filled throughout with hidden treasures. I was excited to return today. The owner and her team are helpful, personable, knowledgeable and attentive. Knowing the store has so much to offer they allow their customers to take their time looking around or trying on clothes. They truly make you feel at home. I look forward to seeing them all again my next trip to town.

Really cool store but watched a florist be extremely rude to a coworker and it honestly made it hard for me to want to go back. Wouldn’t recommend if you want good customer service, especially from the florists

Such sweet people with an amazing variety of unique things. They were very helpful and I had a wonderful experience shopping in here. Found the exact dress I was looking for. I will be back on my next visit to the area.
