Please do not visit this location. I dropped my car off at noon on Friday to get two tires put on my sub. They said they had four tires in stock and would be completed by 6:00pm. I returned to find they only had one tire and could not complete the job. Actually, no phone call to inform me of the situation. Apology was given with a promise of a huge discount if I let them order two more tires to be there the next day at 3:00 and would be completed by 5:00pm. This is a completely unprofessional business. I arrived at 4:45 to find my car had not been started at all. They are incompetent.. fast forward to 5:45 car finished. The huge discount for all of my time and terrible customer service was $20.00. Please consider not lieing to customers and learn to communicate.

Blaiz was awesome from start to finish!! Had to go in and have my brakes done, rotors and all and he and his colleague worked hard to get me the best deal!! Blaiz showed me pics of the damage I’d done driving with inadequate brakes to make sure I understood the gravity of the situation!! Really appreciated his patience and how quick they were.. only about a hour and a half for all 4 pads and rotors!! Highly recommend!!

I will never be back- in total I spent $80 for 1 tire to be patched and 2 tires to be balanced after the repair was made. If both front tires did need to be balanced after the repair than why didn't you tell me while I was sitting there for over 2 hours??? I would have had you do that while I was there. I apologize I was not aware that after a tire repair I needed to balance BOTH front tires... how would I have known? I thought I was coming to a professional business that would have had that knowledge to tell me that BEFORE my car was shaking down the interstate.

Blaze is an amazing guy. He helped us find out the problem with our car when me and my boyfriend couldn’t figure it out. And he gave us best break pads there was for my tires. You can tell he cares about his customers

Two stars because the job was done and they’re open on Saturday and Sundays. If not for this they would get 1 star. No communication- no calls/texts or any kind of update as to the status of my vehicle. I wasn’t sure if my tire could be patched or if it had to be replaced. Turns out it had to be replaced and my tire had to be special ordered. 4 days later I call for an update and turns out they hadn’t even ordered the tire yet! 2 weeks later I call to inquire about the status of the special order tire, they say it’s there and I can bring my car back for it to be installed. Well some communication would have been helpful! When I did bring my car back I then had to call again to see if the vehicle was completed. Terrible customer service. Every time we’ve been in store no one has been at the front desk and it’s taken 5+ minutes for someone to appear. The most recent time my husband had to go ask a mechanic for someone to help us check out. Very frustrating, the lack of customer service is evident and we won’t be returning.

Joey was amazing!!! Super quick and easy process to get a nail out of my tire! This is second time I had a nail in my tire and came to NTB because the first experience was so great!! Recommend!

Staff was very friendly. Very pleased with the service that I received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Mr Barber was very helpful with helping me understand the problem with my vehicle.
