They were so quick to diagnose the exact problem I’ve been experiencing for years! They got scheduled for the necessary treatment plant and it was pretty much immediately. They also did an amazing job at explaining every detail in a way that I was able to understand. I will 100% continue seeing Dr. Alexander Jr.!

The injections provided me with total relief for my lower back. The 300mg gapapentin 3x a day has provided around 90% relief from the neuropathy in my legs and feet.

Unfortunately my experience was not great at Non Surgical Spine. Dr. Alexander and team were kind and professional. I was over charged for the results I received. Laser therapy was relaxing but a massage would have proven more cost effective and less time consuming. My insurance was charged for test but no treatment was offered. The spine injections worked for about 30 days for herniated disc. When I advised treatment was not successful, Dr. Alexander prescribed a medication with horrific side effects but he didn't discuss with me before or after prescribing. I called myPCP and he advised me to stop meds immediately. This medicine could have caused significant damage to my health. I found this unacceptable, when I spoke with Dr. Alexander he said "if you want your money back I'll refund it". I advised I'd prefer to have the results the website advertises. After prayerful consideration, I wrote him to request a partial refund because I still needed treatment for severe pain.I received no response. In my opinion 2024 needs to be the year of Accountabilityfor everyone including physicians. I'm happy your service work for many but it was a costly fail for me. Fortunately great chiropractic care resolved my pain.

Dr Alexander exceeded my expectations. I could hardly walk when I came to my first appointment and was in tremendous pain. He quickly had me much better and I was able to enjoy life again. I definitely recommend this non surgical approach. The staff was great to work with too.

Efficient quick service (no long waits in the waiting room). Willing to explore options for non-invasive treatments with the patient. Questions posed by the patient are answered in a manner that is not intimidating and easy to understand. Friendly staff, caring staff.

Awesome experience with Dr. Alexander and staff. I came to the practice with 4 vertebrae having slipped disc of which caused my hip nerves to flare. Treatments were increasingly taking care of my back and hip pain.i definitely would recommend any with spine and back pain to make an appointment.

I was in so much pain in my neck when I came to see Dr. Alexander. After my 4th laser treatment,my neck started to feel better. I could move it with less pain. After my 6th laser treatment, I was 90% better.

He has surrounded himself with a very knowledgeable, capable and personable staff.
