I had a great experience here. It was a spa quality place to get nails done. I got a mani-pedi and it came with complimentary sparkling wine. They used non toxic products and had a nice sugar scrub and a foot massage. They have a first visit 25%off and had a 50% off on their spa products. Brittany did my nails and she was friendly and experienced. It's advised to get the quick dry polish which is $10 additional. I would return.

I've been going to Freecoat for 2 years. Now and it's my favorite spot to unwind with excellent service . They treat you like family and use nothing harsh. My skin is sensitive and my nails have never looked better, and my cuticles are the healthiest since I was a kid. I see Alex and her work is divine has the sweetest demeanor, and every technician there works brilliantly honoring that same caliber of service .Services: Foot massages

This place was great. After getting severe chemical burns from the gel I was using, I was referred by someone to this place. Skeptical at first, I thoroughly enjoyed my manicure by Lauren! Lauren was very knowledgeable on everything. I was very comfortable with her doing my nails. She was professional, nice and patient! I will definitely be back. My manicure is beautiful and I could not be happier! I attached photos of before and after of my hands just for comparison. Thank you for giving me such a beautiful manicure, Lauren!

Buyer beware. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business due to their cancellation policy. Recently I had a flight that was cancelled due to the thunderstorms in the southeast I could not return home until 1pm the next day. I had a noon appointment scheduled. After spending the evening in ATLANTA airport I remembered the appointment. 8:30am I texted and left a message explaining the situation. Told them to reschedule me for the upcoming week. They charged my credit card for 50% of the services. For those of us who have to travel for work or have unexpected emergencies come up this is not a good salon. I have visited this salon for over 2 years and it was run very well recently the management changed and I feel this has had an impact on the quality. There are too many good salons out there to chose from. I will not return.

This nail salon is non toxic which is hard to find in the area. The space is beautiful & staff was friendly. They stick to appointment times which is helpful! My manicure was done well and there are some fun extras like exfoliating hand wash, great massage.

Absolutely love this place! Discovered it when I was pregnant and have taken so many people here over the last couple of years since. The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. I’ve had regular mani/pedis, gel, as well as nail art and it always turns out great! It’s a major plus not smelling all the fumes in normal nail salons.Services: Gel manicures

I was super excited to get a non toxic gel manicure! I was very disappointed when my gel manicure started chipping after four days of normal wear. The top layer of gel began lifting and chipping off on multiple fingers. The salon itself was beautiful and was so clean, just disappointed with the service.Service: Gel manicures

Chandra is literal fire. She gave me the absolute best gel pedicure and manicure I have ever had. She was so gentle, took great care of me and was very intentional. The conversation was also so fun! Sydni also was very professional and helpful when taking care of payment and future appointments. Absolutely love this salon and the very gentle products they use. I love the smell too!
