I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mount Pleasant Wash and Wax for a car wash and wax service, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The standout element of my visit was undoubtedly John's great attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
From the moment I arrived, John greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. He patiently listened to my specific requests and ensured that every aspect of the wash and wax was carried out to perfection. His attention to detail was truly impressive, as he meticulously cleaned every nook and cranny of my vehicle, leaving it looking brand new.
What I appreciated most about John was his dedication to providing top-notch customer service. This is the only place I go for a car wash and vacuum in town. It is not extravagant, it's in and out at a decent price. The car wash is like any other normal car wash, and the cleaning team is quick and efficient. If you need something above and beyond, I believe they do detailing as well.

I have had my SUV here a number of times. I visited Tuesday and asked to have the car washed and cleaned inside and out. I have never experienced a problem before however the man who vacuumed the car moved the backseat forward and forced it back into place where it is now inoperative. He did not mention that he had difficulty and I only discovered this when I tried to reposition the seat myself. Funny as it has always worked flawlessly before. Upon further investigation the force used damaged the rail track. Disappointed to have not been told directly there was an issue.

Stopped here while killing time in Mt. Pleasant and was very happy with their work on my old and dirty car. However, I noticed hours later that there was dirt all over the back seat. Luckily it brushed off but disappointed after paying $50+ for the cleaning.

This is the best car wash in town! It was especially fun when my husband hit the driver window down button instead of the folding side view mirror button during the rinse. I still wake up laughing in the middle of the night.

It’s an okay automatic car wash. When I pulled out, I inspected my vehicle and saw that there was still a significant amount of foam cleaning solution to the front right quarter as if there was not enough water used to rinse it off. Personal preference, but I find the thicker rubber scrubbers they use are a bit too abrasive and rough for my vehicle.Employees are friendly and it’s an uncomplicated process with fair pricing, otherwise.

Be warned!!! Took my 2020 Toyota Camry in for an exterior wash today and came out with a flat tire. I felt my car jerk while on the track through the car wash and discovered my back right tire gouged in the side when I returned home and put on the spare. I called and left a message as to what happened since no one answered the phone and no one called me back. Very disappointed!!! After replacing the tire, I basically just got a $175.00 car wash!

I've been a customer at this car wash for several years now, and after many exterior and interior washes, I feel like I can provide a comprehensive review based on my experiences. This car wash offers a range of options to cater to different preferences. Personally, I prioritize a clean scent and a spotless interior. When pulling in, you'll receive a standard exterior machine-based car wash, followed by an interior cleaning station if selected. For first timers, this transition might seem a bit unclear as there isn't always someone to guide you. However, I think it would enhance the experience for first-timers if they were greeted and directed to the appropriate station for interior cleaning. As for the interior cleaning itself, it's typically a decent job. While they missed a few minor crevices that I'm particular about, the overall service is commendable. I am curious however about trying out other car washes to compare their interior cleaning quality and pricing.

Looks like an older car wash but it is excellent in quality, and service. My car looks like a million bucks and it was fast and very reasonably priced
