I can’t say enough good things about Mt Pleasant auto. I’ve been coming here for awhile, and have always had a wonderful experience. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I’ve had my fair share of auto places trying to take advantage of me, and I’ve never felt anything like that here. Preston is amazing and always takes the time to patiently explain everything to me and keep me fully informed, providing me with options and prices. I recommend Mt P Auto to everyone, and will continue to do so!

not a resident. had some unusual sounds coming from my driver front tire area. i was skeptical about going to a local place but looked at reviews of various places and this place had good reviews. i took chance and stopped by. it was a busy day for them but the wife was able to squeeze me in on the schedule knowing i was from out of town. preston called me later that afternoon and said the lug nuts were loose. i told him i had the front brakes replaced last month. anyway he tighted those and checked the rest of them, gave it an inspection and said i could pick it up. i unseeded over and he just handed me the keys and didn’t charge me for anything. i would highly recommend this place for everyone.

The best Auto repair shop in mount pleasant! Had it towed in after the starter went out, and they had it fixed next day with a very fair bill. Joe explained the problem, and did a very good job fixing, and tidying it up to the best of his ability. Props to Joe and his team?

My tire had a nail in it and they were able to work me into their schedule same-day. Everyone was super friendly and the repair was done quickly. Once my car’s complimentary maintenance with the dealership is over, I’ll most likely be switching over to these guys!

I blew out my tire about 1 mile Away. I was headed to a meeting that I needed to be at and regardless of the fact that they were extremely busy, They took the time to take my wheel and tire off and put the spare tire on. Every employee that walked past me, smiled and said hello! I was from out of town, yet they treated me as if I were a long time Customer. They got me out of there and back on the road so I can get to my appointment. If you are looking for an honest and reliable auto repair center, look no further! Thanks for everything guys! FIVE STARS!

I cannot say enough about how awesome this company is! I was in a very difficult situation, and they went way above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive up the mountain. Would give anything to have a service company even comparable where I live. Cannot imagine you could do any better in Mount Pleasant. Ten stars!!!

The team at Mount Pleasant Auto Service Center is very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Preston rapidly identified the problem that plagued the manifold cover, under our SUV, and he produced a very practical and cost-efficient solution for us. I will definitely return in the future, with my other vehicles! Excellent work!

Joe, Rick, and Jennifer -Many thanks for your help today when our Airstream trailer experienced a wheel lockup! The attentive troubleshooting,Joe’s call to his RV-ing dad, and Rick’s coordination with Coastal RV was much appreciated. It greatly minimized disruption to our timetable in getting to Florida.
