Truck was offered at 45k online when I got there they told me it was 50. Sold me the truck without going through it. The laundry list of wrong things that could and should have been easily fixed were not and now my truck has been in their shop for a month. 32 days today actually. I could have built a truck out of the forest in that time.

I am waiting on their accounting department to complete a job that should take a few minutes but it's been months. I call but get told they'll call me back. They don't return calls. Neither does the owner Walker starling. Shop elsewhere.

I've had my new Corvette for almost 4 months and I have not received a tag. No one ever calls me back or follows up. Also, Raul (finance manger) added over $7000 of insurance and warranties to my loan that I did not want. It was all about commissions for him. Do not do business with this dealership!

And stay away from this dealer. I was forced to use them because my car had mechanical issues close by. After a $150 diagnostic, they told me I needed $2800 worth of repairs. I know the warranty of a Chevy volt and ask them if it was covered under warranty. They said no. I asked are you sure? They said yes we are sure it is not covered under warranty. At my risk I took the car to another dealer and they confirmed it was covered under warranty. when I brought this to the attention of starling they did not and would not return my call. I had to get the South Carolina Department of consumer affairs involved. After admitting blame, they said that they would refund my $150 diagnostics charge. Even though I gave them the right address, they sent it to a wrong address. It took many weeks to get my refund. If you need a competent, honest Chevrolet dealer drive the extra miles to West Ashley and ask for Wayne at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I have been using wayne for 15 years and have been pleased with his skill, honesty and integrity.

I purchased a 2010 4-Runner from Starling several months ago, with cash. I was promised to receive a key fob shortly after my purchase, along with getting a right brake light fixed, as well as receiving my tag from the dealership. However, it has been several months since my purchase, and several phone calls and text messages to this place of business, with absolutely no response or answers. I would not recommend this business to anybody.

This dealership is horrible. The salespeople are super shady, the loan guy is a pompous ass, and their service manager is clueless. I was promised that they would detail my car when i bought it. I made a 9:30 appointment and the service guy left me sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours! AND they didn't even detail the car! I had to go back and yell at them. Stay clear of this place

Went in for 45k service on Suburban. Terry was great. Told me what I needed and didn't and wasn't trying to upsell services. The bill was fail and the work was good. I would certainly use them again.

The service manager (Michael) and his entire team took incredible care of my 2019 Silverado High Country while resolving a factory issue with my wheels. Every single person I dealt with on service/parts team treated me and my truck with care which made me trust them to resolve the issue. Michael went above and beyond for me- I highly recommend trusting this new team at Starling with your Chevy!

Bought a Chevy crate motor from another dealership. I needed some guidance and to order a couple of parts. I wanted to order them from the closest dealership so I wouldn't have to drive the thirty miles to the other store. The parts guy basically refused to help me because I hadn't purchased the engine from them. It's a Chevy part from the Chevy catalog! Any paying customer should be able to walk in and buy any part from them regardless of where the initial purchase was made.

Service center communicates badly, kept car in shop for 2 days longer than originally stated simply due to the fact that they mixed up their service list, could not find the issue and tried to throw a $500 part at the problem, service manager was rude and short when we said we would have to get another shop, 2nd opinion came back and fixed the car for $140 and it was a completely different issue than the service center told us, flat out dishonesty, take your car anywhere else, sadly even pep boys would be better

I had an excellent experience with the service department. I drove my daughter to SC from the Midwest and the air conditioner stopped working half way there. Needless to say, after the long drive in 90 degree heat, we were tired and exhausted. Trusting GOOGLE reviews, this was the place to go near our stopping point. I spoke with Joe in service before I arrived to let him know we were coming and if he could give us an idea how long it would take to fix the car. We got there shortly before closing so our car didn't get looked at until the next morning BUT they got it in and diagnosed the problem as soon as they could. It was going to take an extra day to get parts so I was hooked up with ENTERPRISE car rental. Enterprise gave us the Chevy Dealer rate. Joe in service kept us up to date and gave a 'true price' to fix the AC. He could have charged us a lot more since we were at his mercy. I would highly recommend this dealership.
