Came to check out 2 EQB 300's and had the pleasure of working with Ryan D. and Tim! Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to test drive both cars with Tim, and he explained features in both cars. Which package was better and why. Every question we had, they answered or found out the information. Neither was pushy, and just happy to be helping out a new customer! Definitely recommend coming to this location to see them!

Very impressed with this MB dealership and specially with Andrew Schaffer. We were on vacation in Charleston and must have picked up a nail between our drive from Florida to South Carolina. We showed up to the dealership the day we were driving back home, didn't have an appt or anything and once we explained our situation and the need to get on the road, Andrew got our car taken care of immediately. Fortunately, we just needed a calibration of one of our sensors for the tire gage and a tire repaired from a nail we picked up somewhere. Thank you MB and Andrew for being so amazing and accommodating given our needs to get on the road to come home. We are very grateful and would recommend this dealership to anyone that needs their MB serviced.

Lemon Car Nightmare: Mercedes Refuses to Take Responsibility

If you are anything like me, you are a hardworking individual with very few opportunities to splurge. Beware of lemon cars, and if you're considering a Mercedes, think twice.
I recently purchased a Mercedes AMG, excited to own a luxury vehicle known for its performance and reliability. However, my experience has been anything but luxurious. Within days of driving it off the lot, I began experiencing significant issues with the car. From electrical malfunctions to engine problems, it's been one headache after another.
Despite numerous attempts to have the car repaired, and it being out of service more than it has been in service (50+ days), the issues persist. Frustrated and concerned for my safety, I contacted Mercedes to request a refund or replacement under the lemon law. Shockingly, Mercedes has refused to take responsibility for the defective vehicle.
Their response has been dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me stuck with a lemon car that's not only unreliable but also potentially dangerous to drive. It's disheartening to see a company known for its luxury and prestige fail to stand behind its products and prioritize customer satisfaction.
I urge anyone considering purchasing a Mercedes to proceed with caution and thoroughly research their rights under the lemon law. Don't let yourself be stuck in the same frustrating situation I find myself in. Buyer beware: Mercedes may not be as reliable or customer-friendly as their reputation suggests.

I loved working with Jay Rose, the sales and leasing consultant at the M-B Dealership in Mount Pleasant, SC. He was very thorough, flexible with no pressure tactics, and a competent professional. I had an excellent experience purchasing a new 2024 GLE 450 at Mercedes Benz of Mt. Pleasant. My sales professional Jay Rose was very intentional in listening to my needs and putting me in the vehicle that I desired. No pushy sales tactics, just helping me choose the right vehicle with a genuine concern for meeting my needs. Jay serves his clients with the same sense of duty that he served our country for 22 years as a United State Marine, with honor and interity. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the entire experience. I would not hesitate for a second in refering family and friends to Jay Rose at Baker Mercedes in Mt. Pleasant.

Jay, Adam, and Teresa in sales were all great in their treatment of my wife and I in our purchase of a new car. Jason the head of service was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had in his areas of responsibility. We have owned many Mercedes over 40 plus years and all of these people made us feel like members of their family from start to finish-which had special meaning since we are new to South Carolina and have now made this our home! My wife and I decided to trade in a car for a Mercedes Benz SUV. Honestly, I am never thrilled walking into a Car Dealership and having to deal with that experience, however, this was a very different experience.
We were greeted by Jay with a big smile. A nice man, not the usual "sale guy". Friendly, patient, courteous and very helpful answering all of our questions. You can tell this man was in the Marine Corps and served his country.
Once we made a decision, pricing was spot on, no extra fees, add ons, no upsells. Adam Pestritto helped us with the paper work - exceptional as well.
My wife and I just loved the whole experience.

I cant say enough about this dealership! Everyone is so friendly and caring . Matt S. was awesome from start to finish . Very responsive and worked diligently to get me everything I wanted . I can say without a doubt this was my best car buying experience ever, and will for sure purchase a Mercedes in the future . Also , the finance manager Josh was awesome as well .
