Things went smoothly from our first inquiry about adjustable beds(new to us)to the delivery and set up, which is personally done by Todd and Brooke, not a third party delivery company. When a different mattress choice was needed, the company has an excellent exchange policy, which makes it easy to feel confident making this kind of important decision and investment. I don’t know why anyone would order a temperpedic bed online or elsewhere as Relax the Back has very competitive pricing and top notch service and knowledge. I would highly recommend this business.”
