Although Lyerlys mistakenly didn’t return my shirt what they did do was made it right by refunding me my money for their services. People make mistakes but them making it right is what counts. I’d return here and recommend them as an establishment.

Beware, they will ruin your shirts! I dropped 3 shirts Oct 31st for dry cleaning, was told 1-week. Went back about 8-days later and 2 shirts were ready. 1 was missing & I was told they could not find it. Turns out it was set aside due to some staining from the equipment. It was 3-weeks before I received the 3rd shirt. I was allowed an adjustment on the price due to the long wait. I had not inspected the shirt thoroughly and took all 3 to my niece's out-of-town end of Nov. wedding where I discovered the staining had not come out. I dropped it back off on Nov. 29th and was told it would be ready on Dec. 6th. It was not ready on Dec. 6th. Finally, on Dec. 16th, I was told that the stain would not come out and that they would reimburse for the shirt I bought on Oct. 5th and had only worn once. They informed me the reimbursement would come after Jan. 1st. I wore 1 of the other shirts for just the 2nd time on New Year's eve and discovered a big stain I had not seen from when I picked it up the first time. I texted a picture of the stain to the main store factory manager and will drop off the stained shirt to hopefully also be reimbursed. Does it seem fair to have to wait such a long time for reimbursement? I do not think so. And how about still having to pay for dry cleaning that ruined 2 of my 3 shirts! As for convenience, they are only open Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri. & not on Wed. nor on Sat. or Sun. - and not into the evening's, when it is most convenient after work. I wouldn't even trust them with my dish rags...

Was promised comforter would be ready for a Date 3 weeks out. Promise of 2 weeks. We are 11 days in, and no one can answer where my item is. promised ready for pickup today and 50% discount and no one can account for item. I’ve made numerous calls and stopped in every time item was supposed to be ready (4 times now)

They lost the fur to my 1000 coat. I now have a hole in my dress. A button is missing from my jumpsuit that was there for decoration so very obvious. My clothes all smell burn and the smell won’t come out. My clothes still have the same dirty spots I took them in to clean.

I hate to write this because the lady is soooo nice but they have ruined multiple clothing items. I'm talking holes in a dress, buttons missing on everything, stains not removed and my clothes smell burnt. The smell will not come out.

I recently dropped off a few items that were scheduled to be ready and picked up on a Thursday. When I arrived, half of the items were ready but they were missing a suit that had been taken elsewhere for cleaning. The truck that delivers the cleaned items to their locations was supposedly on the way but it was 530 pm, so traffic was not ideal. I waited awhile but didn't need the suit immediately so asked about getting it delivered so I didn't have to make another trip into the store. They let me know they don't deliver from this location, but a gentleman in the back stepped out and said he would deliver it himself. Sure enough, an hour later he showed up at my house and delivered the suit on his way home. He wouldn't even accept 5 bucks for the trouble. I think it's important to acknowledge a local business that goes out of their way, literally, to make things right. Needless to say, I'm a satisfied customer and they've earned my business.

Mrs. Sandy and Mrs. Ann are so helpful every time I come into the store and drop off my clothes to be cleaned. Not only do I bring my clothing in but I have also taken comforters and some household goods and they came out fantastic! Every time I drop off my items these ladies are extremely friendly and always have a smile on their face. I couldn't ask for better service and will continue to remain a reliable customer with Lyerlys Dry Cleaners!

My family and I have used Lyerly's Cleaners in Mt. Pleasant on Coleman Blvd. for many years. The service has always been superb!!! Ann & Sandy are friendly, courteous, and efficient during their service to us. We feel like we are their only customers as they take such good care of us. The clothes look great and we can always depend on Lyerly's to provide the most professional cleaning services.
