The bathroom was nasty. Didn't look like it was in Mt Pleasant at all. Sinks were stained with grime. Every toilet in the restroom needed to be flushed.

Just bought 30 bags of mulch and Mr Frank that works in lawn and garden ask me if I could come back when it wasn't raining. Told him I was sorry got a job up the road where we need the mulch. He proceeded to ask me why I could not load them myself. Told him that I thought that was a service with Lowe's since this is the loading area bury it and he told me no I can load them myself and he only works in lawn and garden. So I called the store manager and halfway through the conversation we got disconnected so I talked for about 5 minutes to absolutely air. This man is 65 years old and they're sending him out to load up bags of mulch and he can't even do that. He don't know how to talk to customers. This man don't need a job there. And Lowe's needs to do something about it today or he's going to continue to run off your customers. Don't ask for Frank

I don’t usually do reviews , especially bad ones but I felt this one was necessary. I bought a stockade fence through Lowes on N highway 17 four years ago. We had a bad storm a few months prior and the next day I saw my fence was leaning and possibly ready to fall to the ground. I called Lowes and spoke to the person in sales (after several messages left) and several weeks later he came out to look at it and said I need the entire back replaced which would cost $2100. I thought, after 4 years should I be investing more money and why in such a short time is the bottom of my fence rotted and even the post as well. I called a handyman to look at it and several others who said this job was not done correctly and the correct lumber was not used for ground contact. I made several trips to Lowe’s and spoke with manager Dre who was very kind and helpful but could only get the manager of the store to cover the lumber and not the labor. I was very disappointed and now will have to pay a contractor to replace the fence laying on the ground. I am not a person to expect something for nothing but in this case expected to right the wrong due to bad installation/ lumber. I have been a regular customer and even became acquainted with some of the employees there. I will now be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

they dont care who is standing in line.... they playing favorites while you stand in line for 20 mins... Brenda is also very rule and unprofessional if you come across her in the lumber dept... Beware Brenda is out of control...

Husband attempted to purchase some wood for a project. When he attempted to load into his vehicle he found it was too large. Lowe's offers ability to trim it down to size. We went in to attempt to gain this service. We broke up a watercooler sort of discussion to ask for the service. Two stated that the service was unavailable because they put sheetrock in front of the saw. Since they were unwilling to help. I stated the other option was to return it. All three people responded customer service. They didn't state that was a location or directed him to customer service. While waiting for my husband to return the lady at the register suggested we rent a truck. I was not inclined to entertain this when I can get the wood and service better elsewhere without the attempt to sell a truck rental.
