Was shopping for cabinet knobs with a certain item number. Employee on the phone was older and told me they did not sell knobs. I told him I had an item number. He looked it up and told me "Oh yes. I guess we do sell knobs. " He told me he had 6, but he was not sure if they were the correct knobs. I decided to drive across town to see for myself. They had a full bin of the knobs I needed. Not sure what the problem was, but that employee needs to not answer questions for customers

Joe (in plumbing and tile) is the absolute best! My wife and I came into the store wanting to tackle a project that was a little ambitious for us, and Joe took the time with us to understand our project, look at picture, and help us get our plan together. When I came back the following day, he had already done some research on the side and set aside a few ideas for our stair project.
Joe is amazing and he went above and beyond for us! We’re very grateful.

I purchased 20 bags of mulch and Zack and John not only loaded it all into my car, they lined the interior with plastic to keep it clean. They did this for every car in line. Just wanted to thank them again and recognize how hard these men work. And, they are both ex-military :)

I am thoroughly disgusted by my experience in buying major appliances at Lowes. From dealing with associates who know nothing about the products they sell.
To problems receiving items I purchased. To customer service reps who offer no customer service at all.
In appreciation for all the aggravation I received, I return the favor by rewarding them one star, a negative one star at that.
Thanks, Lowes. You really dropped the ball on this one.
NEVER shopping at Lowes again.
