I bought a baby gift here for one of my best friends and it was an amazing experience — the kind you really can’t get from a big chain. Amy, the owner, we very helpful and had everything I was looking for. I will definitely be a returning customer. I recommend this store to anyone searching for baby and maternity items!!

Lowcountry Baby Boutique is the absolute best! I am located in Beaufort but whenever I am in Charleston, I always stop by LBB for my baby gifts and embroidery needs. The staff is super friendly and they always help me to find the perfect gift. I have also used their embroidery services and let me tell you they can personalize the cutest stuff!!! Not to mention the store is always themed or decorated and puts a smile on your face. 10/10 recommend. 5 stars.

Lowcountry Baby is a fantastic baby boutique that I have nothing but good things to say about! The owner and her employees are more than happy to help and have made it easy to decide on sizing for littles based on their knowledge of how the brands they carry run. I’ve used their monogramming services twice now and been incredibly happy with the end product as well as the timeliness of the results. I buy baby gifts here often and they are always happy to wrap to help save you some extra time. So happy to have a fantastic local business to support!

It’s extremely disappointing to support a local business only to find you could have received better customer service and more enthusiasm on Etsy. Amy, the owner is unprofessional and lacks accountability when an issue arises. I had a loose appliqué made (told it would ruin the clothes if they attached it, fair enough) and upon receiving realized it looks like a Girl Scout patch due to font size. I mentioned at the time of order that I have never had any sort of monogramming done and my knowledge is limited on the subject - open to her expertise! Looking back at a friend’s appliqué (made at Lowcountry Baby Boutique), I realized the owner did not take the time to properly explain the fonts and sizes at the time of order. The font is so large you can’t even see the fabric that I brought in to have it made with/ showcase. Not to mention my daughter’s first name starts with a P which turned out looking like an E in the recommended font style… Long story short, after jumping through hoops to get in touch with Amy again, she refused to remake the 3” appliqué which cost $20 (not attached to clothes and with fabric I supplied). Amy did not even think to offer any sort of resolution, just that I could pay to have a new one made and deflected all error to my own doing. (At this point my daughter’s monogrammed appliqué would have cost more than her outfit for her first Birthday.) No thanks Amy, I hope others will be able to learn from my experience and take their Southern baby business elsewhere!

Yesterday was my first time visiting while on a day trip in Charleston. Customer service was perfect and they had a wide selection of baby items and Easter items. Can’t wait to visit again. ?

Great store, staff and service! I got a nice collection of gifts for a friends new baby and this store gift wrapped, monogrammed (1 of the items) and shipped it for under $100. Also assume they are a local business, so makes it even better to support them.

Amazing little gem. We were coming to IOP for the weekend and I needed a few beach items for our sweet girl. They had everything I needed and more. Definitely a stop I'll make each time we are in town.

I've only shopped here online but my experience was great. Love that they had photographed different bags so you could choose the exact pattern placement you wanted. They even shipped out the same day! Thanks Low Country Baby!

I do not understand how a payment made via Paypal was deemed as "suspected fraudulent" and cancelled without even reaching out to the buyer to verify. Perhaps it was simply because they had set the wrong price for the WOW x JJB Be Set in the first place ($28) and did not intend to honor it. I would have been glad to top up the difference for the actual retail price of the Be Set if someone had bothered contacting me instead of simply cancelling the order. My first and definitely last time trying to order from your website.

I don't normally do reviews, but I had to share my experience because it was so positive. Made an online purchase of Thirsties Diaper covers from this cute store. Shipping to CA was only $5 (a flat rate, and free if buying over a certain amount) and it came quickly. Even though I received one in the wrong size, my issue was resolved immediately! Great customer service (despite it being the weekend Hurricane Irma hit!) and super friendly. I ended up placing a second order. Thanks Amy!
