Great experience today. Coming from a local competitor, who, has lost my business due to poor customer service. LCVW took great care of my Atlas' needs. In and out in a reasonable amount of time, and gave it a complimentary wash (which it needed desperately ?).

Ms Ashley Turner and Mr Michael Schwann were exceptional. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and did everything promised plus some. Ashley dealt with the paperwork in a seamless manner and went above and beyond explaining the vehicle’s functions. Michael, although he’s new, was very helpful. Overall, I’d give the dealership an A+.

Low Country VW is far easier to schedule service appts than Stokes, and they are/always have been a real pleasure to deal with. Adam and Doug and the rest of the service team @ Low Country VW do one of the best jobs I have experienced…and I have been driving Volkswagens since 2012.

My husband took my Tiguan in, but I spoke with Doug on the phone, he explained what was needed and why and what wasn't done at a different service center, which I was able to get a refund; I wasted a lot of time needlessly because I didn't go to Lowcountry Volkswagen first because of the location, that won't happen again, thanks Doug hopefully I won't have any more problems, retractions are never good ☺️ Go to Lowcountry Volkswagen in MT Pleasant you won't regret it!!!
