They were helpful. I went in to have a key duplicated...I must warn you about the strong smell walking in... It Will Definitely Take Your Breath Away... Other than that, everyone was friendly and fast.

Went in this morning and employee was extremely rude. She acted like it was a chore to speak. Only one other customer in the store so they weren't busy. I should have gone to Royall HARDWARE but was on this side of town.
