I got a call from the pharmacist stating that my insurance wouldnt cover my medicane when i asked her if i should call my insurance she told me no that they wouldnt cover it to call another pharmacy but i did call my insurance and my insurance called them and the pharmacist 100% lied to me. She was the one that would not fill my medication that they have already filled for me before because her simple words were they would lose money giving me a name brand medicine which ive gotten the whole time. The fact she lied and cares more about her money than her patients is crazy to me just the fact she lied period. Not okay.

Awesome group of dedicated pharmacist. For over 20 years, Jeri has provided oversight regarding our prescription, offering "words of advice" when medications may conflict with one another. Not to long after she moved to Long Point, I remember Caroline joining the group (apologies if earlier... the older I get they years seem to merge), and then others just as professional as Jeri & Caroline. Anyhow, providing a callout for the care provided to me and my family. Thank you.

have used this wonderful pharmacy for years. The pharmacists are always very knowledgeable and help with so much. They make life a lot easier for this 81 yo w/multiple RXs. TU Jerri for so many yrs. of great service & Caroline, too. The two women behind the counter also help so much with OTC meds. TU TU !

Long Point Pharmacy's employees & owner, Jeri, are the best. They give personal service and advice that really helps me. They are efficient and caring. They go out of their way to help getting the RXs to me asap. Thank you - all of you at the great location in Bell Hall.

Had never used this pharmacy before. My wife accidentally had a script sent here that she needed desperately. Called them as they were closing and they stayed open so I could get there and pick it up. The pharmacist went above and beyond. Wonderful group of people. You won't find that type of service at a chain.

Wonderful family pharmacy! It reminds me of my pharmacy in Mountain Brook , Al. which I hated to leave. Jeri is so friendly along with everyone else and has made my transition from my hometown so easy. I highly recommend using Long Point over any Pharmacy in Charleston for you get the friendly and personal service you do not get anywhere else!
