I am so disappointed by my experience here today. I came in and the staff was attentive at first, asked me what I needed done etc and took me back to one of their pedicure chairs. They did not tell me about a wait time so I assumed it wasn't long and I'm always happy to wait 15-20 minutes. After a while of just sitting there, the salon Manager said it wouldn't be too much longer and then several minutes later filled the tub with lukewarm water. I continued to wait until the water was chilly (40 minutes total waiting) and finally decided I had to go because I needed to pick my kids up from daycare. The lady across from me said she was waiting 1 hour. The salon manager said she told me it would be 20 minutes (which didn't matter because it was now twice that amount). I said you may have told someone else that but it wasn't me. She said okay, well I messed up. She never offered a discount, to schedule me another time without a wait or anything. She just let me leave without a sincere apology or any empathy for what just happened. I wasted an hour of free time that I rarely get and don't ever plan on returning here. Too many other salons with great service in the area!

I made a 1pm appointment to have mine and my moms nails done before my sons wedding rehearsal. We got there at 1pm and I told the guy doing a manicure that we had a 1pm appointment. I asked if we still needed to sign in. He said yes so I signed us in. After 10-15 minutes he told us to go to the last two pedi chairs on the left which we did. We waited a full hour and then got up to leave. A lady asked if we were leaving and I said that we were that I'd made an appointment for 1 o'clock and that we didn't have time to get our nails done now. She said they were ready to start on our toes now. I said that there was no way they could do our toes and fingernails in 30 minutes. She said it would take an hour. I said we didn't have another hour that's why I had made an appointment. She said she was sorry but sorry didn't help me. They wasted mine and my moms time plus we were aggravated when we left. Evidently they have more business than they want or they'd run their business differently. If you need an appointment go somewhere else.

This place is great, the staff were all very professional and nice to talk to. I liked how each station were in groups of two, great for if you're bringing a friend. I came in for an SNS manicure and picked the color NU-62, "Desert Palm." It was $50 + tip. I was very impressed with the high quality and attention to detail during my manicure. I highly recommend Hannah, she was my nail tech and was very kind. The environment was nice and relaxing, highly recommend!

I had a bad experience with this nail salon. First, they completely ignored my request for just a gel polish change. Nail tech took it upon herself to do a complete nail manicure. So I'm thinking she's just cleaning and preparing my nail for the polish change. So I paid for a full gel manicure which wouldn't have been too much of an issue if I actually received the color that I asked to get. I requested a deep purple glitter gel color (top photo) and I get a color that barely has any color (bottom photo). All you see is a purple tint and the nail tech could barely explain why I didn't get what I requested. So I paid for the service I didn't request and didn't even get the color I wanted. I will never return to this place.

Great nail salon and staff! My daughter and I have been going there for over a year and they are consistently good. Clean and well maintained. 15% off on Tuesday and Wednesday is a nice perk too:)

Such a hit or miss place. I've left super happy before- but as of late every time I leave I am incredibly disappointed. This last time is the last time. I had the audacity to ask to sit next to my friend while we got SNS nails together. I was told "no". Then finally he did let me and did the WORST job on my nails I've ever seen. He made me BLEED multiple times and left so much excess nail polish all around my fingers that the technician who did my friends nails felt so bad she offered to fix them when she saw them- took 20 MORE minutes! and he just walked away and started with another client. Didn't care at all. Her excuse for him: "he's usually good he's just used to his seat". Not a good enough excuse to do a half-ass job and then walk away. 1 week out and they already look like garbage. Heart broken I won't be going back to my once favorite place....

Went in for pedi's on a Sunday. It was busy and off to a slow start but the staff was communicative. Great pedicures overall and friendly technicians. Most important, it was painless which is a rarity. I visited a few nail salons in the area and this is by far my favorite.

I've been coming here for years, since they were in the old location. Always outstanding. Once I wasn't thrilled with a manicure I received, as the paint was chipping within a few days. I came in to get a fresh coat, and they ended up giving me another full manicure (with an extra long massage). They stand behind their work. Ask for Jasmine and/or Kelly. They are fantastic!

would give this negative stars if i could!! do not come here!! manicures are horrible and rushed! eye brow wax is sloppy and painful! the man got in my face and yelled at me to never come back when questioned about his credit card "fees" that they add to each service! my daughter told him he "better calm down and stop yelling at her mother"! when i was leaving, my card needed to be ran manually and he said "you pay with cash"! when i told him he either ran my card or he wasn't getting paid, he proceeded to call the police and tell them i refused to pay! when they got there, they simply told him to punch the numbers in the machine manually (which is what i said to do in the first place)! he wasted my time and the taxpayers money to have the police come there when he was just too stubborn to manually type in the credit card numbers! after spending $100, it was the worst experience i've ever had! he obviously doesn't need the business if he tells his patrons to "never come back"! he's crazy and his whole staff was mortified! go someplace else... horrible experience!

I'd avoid this place like the plague. I came in with my sister the Thursday before my Saturday wedding. We had made appointments and had told them it was for a wedding. The woman how did my nails clearly did not want to be there. She rushed through the job and I ended up with tiny bubbles that were visable on four of my fingernails. It as not the polish as my sister and I had bought new polish and used the same bottle (her nails were fine). When I complained, they wanted to "fix it", but by that time, I had been there for over 90 minutes and was done. I also did not want to give them more of a chance to mess things up. I asked for my money back and was offered a $5 since "that is the cost of a polish change". Honetly, I am/was disgusted with the entire place and process. I would avoid them unless you are looking for a cheap mani/pedi - which is what I got. Serves me right.
