A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Team Lloyd are fantastic....Worked with Elaine, Noah, Issac, & the embroidery folks & they all earned 10 stars on a 5 star scale. Helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, & accommodating. They went out of their way, even made helpful suggestions. The store has great merchandise & it's well displayed! Great customer service & I'll be shopping with them for all soccer gear.

I wanted so support a local business but now I am regretting it. The website said they had 2 pairs of the soccer cleats my son wanted in his size. Went to store on Thursday, nothing in stock. Salesman said they can get them from the Greenville store by Saturday. Come Monday, still no cleats and no one can tell me even they have even been shipped from Greenville.No adults are involved with this business at all, it appears to be completely run by teenagers so I guess this experience is what you would expect.Bottom line, stick with the big box stores avoid the headache.

I recently had to buy some uniforms for my son for his soccer club. The staff was incredibly helpful in the store--even gave my son some soccer trading cards ( and he shared one with our neighbor who is a rabid Hot Spurs fan). I did have an issue understanding the ordering system, but Mike went above and beyond to find a resolution and ensure that we had the correct sizing. I cannot say enough great things about the level of service given, as well as the layout and choices for soccer enthusiasts in the wonderfully laid out shop. I am looking forward to shopping here again sometime soon as we need to update my kid's shoes, socks and shin guards. Really really great! If you are a soccer fan, or player, THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP for kits, gear, boots, and pro jerseys!

Good selection and customer service. Always ready to assist and get items in from other locations. Competitive prices and rewards program always a plus. Only downside is inability to always fulfill orders on time. But still quality, local speciality store worth supporting.

Onsite management is painfully uneducated in federal HIPAA law. Per Law and per SC Governor’s own declarations, no one with a medical condition that can be required to wear a mask.We drove from Savannah (4 hours in a car round trip) solely to shop in your store. My wife was singled out and asked to put on a mask. When she said she couldn’t sue to a medical condition, she was told she would have to wear a mask or leave the store.Had I realized what was going on at the time (I didn’t know until I had checked out), I would not have given your store my business. Your staff needs to be educated on written law.
