I've been getting labwork done at this location for 4 years and I feel guilty it's taken me this long to write a review. The team here is always cheerful, efficient, and have fun personalities. I can honestly say I don't mind coming to get stuck with a needle because of the women who work here. Today I was assisted by Shawna at the front desk and she went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was properly inputted to avoid another high bill. She is a ray of sunshine! I've always had the best experiences with every technician there as well. Keep up the great work, I really appreciate it!

Fantastic service as always! Shawna and all of the ladies are always so happy and pleasant and make having blood drawn easy. They deserve to be recognized for the great service.

I recently had a blood test at the Labcorp facility on Hospital Drive in Mount Pleasant, SC. I wanted to check my LDL and general cholesterol levels due to lifestyle and eating changes. I've used Labcorp for a few years because of my insurance. I checked the website and saw the on-demand option for the test I wanted, which cost $59. It took about 3 minutes or less to make an appointment. There were no doctor visits, no copays, and no insurance hoops to jump through. On the day of the appointment, I walked in, placed my driver's license in the scanner tray, and was checked in in about 60 seconds. Five minutes later, I was called, and a nice lady hit the vein and drew the blood on the first try. I was on my way home about 10 minutes after checking in. I highly recommend this facility. They are efficient, professional, and friendly.

Shawna G (front desk) and Shawna J (phlebotomist) very friendly and helpful.
Only complaint is the tape used after blood draw. Could barely get it off and painful removal. Left marks for a day or so.

I have visited this location twice in the last two months and all of the employees have been so kind, personable and reassuring. I have never received such great service from a medical office! I am very pleased!

I had a very positive experience here on 6/11/2024. The ladies working were so friendly. They got me in with a very small wait. Pam (I hope that’s her name) got my vein right away with barely any pain! The girl working the front desk was so kind and patient. I highly recommend this location.

Drove a friend out for a drug test for a new job. The website and paperwork she was given said they do tests until 4pm on Friday. We get there at 3:40 and are told they stop doing drug screening at 3:30. This is listed nowhere and directly contracts everything else she was told. Pretty sure they just didn't want to do it.

Went to have blood taken this morning, I had an appointment, I was taken right on time. The staff were so friendly and efficient, I would highly recommend this lab.

This is a very busy location, but the women that work here are efficient and very friendly! I think a lot of the bad reviews are from people being impatient and not understanding that isn’t the people who work here’s fault.

UPDATE (10 days later)
My arm is still healing and still sore thanks to their incompetence. Go to another walk in clinic - LabCorp doesn't deserve any of your money.
POSTED 3 DAYS AFTER VISIT
Labcorp, Mt Pleasant. Just regular labs. They are INCOMPETENT. My arm is bruised 3 days after getting poked 3 times. I'll be going to Roper St Francis walk in clinic - they are 1 poke everytime, and never leaves bruises like Labcorp did. Can't believe I paid for that kind of treatment.
